Never got a call to tell me my clothing repair was complete but the work was completed as promised for a reasonable price.

After 3yrs of COVID working I returned yesterday to drop off my shirts for pressing and they remembered me! Amazing! Then the delivery driver remembered we have dogs and brought them treats! Super happy and appreciative of their customer service.

BRIDES BEWARE!! Belgian Cleaners in Regina ruined my wedding dress. I told the employee I didn't think I should have to pay full price for the cleaning as the dress was still just as dirty as when I brought it. To add to upset, the dress now had a hole in the back, the one breast was snagged with dirt on it and a lot of the beading was coming out! The employee called the boss to discuss - she asked to speak with me and was horribly rude and disrespectful. She did not apologize or admit to me that they could not properly clean it and automatically give a discount. Instead this woman question me about the fact that I was leaving for Italy right away by repeating Italy" three times with lots of attitude. How judgemental and awful can a person be? I let in tear and still was made to pay 85% fees. They just lost a customer for life. Save yourself the heartache and walk a block south the Breggs. Zero stars for me."
