I usually don’t leave reviews but this was deserved. My wife and I Purchased our first car as a young family from Gus. We made the 2 hour drive to Oshawa to see an suv we seen on car guru. We purchased a month ago and so far it’s been great!Gus was very friendly & helpful , He always returns calls always available to answer any questions we had. I can really appreciate his kindness seeing as we didn’t know a lot about cars so had to put our trust in him with this purchase, and so far it’s been great! Happy we made the trip there to buy this vehicle. Big Thanks to Gus and his brother !From our little family thanks Gus!

We bought a vehicle here 2.5 months ago. We put 8 thousand down in cash and still owe approximately 5 thousand. We have already had it in a shop. The mechanic said there's no way it would have passed a safety. Yes, Gus, I know, you're not a mechanic. However, you are responsible for ensuring the vehicles you sell are legal.The entire front brake system needs to be replaced and should have never passed a safety. Rotors, calipers, pads. The lower rad hose clamp was so badly rusted, the hose was just sitting on the port without the support of the clamp. The heat shield is so badly rusted and damaged. Swollen wheel nuts, again, should not have passed a safety. Also, the mechanic said the oil pan is so badly rusted it is falling apart. I told you these things when we spoke on the phone. I'm already out approximately 700$ in repairs that should have been done to pass a safety.I am currently sitting half way into the road because all of a sudden the transmission had pooched. I have a code reader and it is throwing codes for the transmission. The gears won't shift. No, Gus, I did not drive over a rock.Gus, when I was on the phone, I reminded you that I mentioned a slight squeel sound, that was the bad brakes. On the phone you said I never said that and that I'm telling stories. I did not drive over things, I could not have caused such damage to the rotors in 2 months, even the mechanic has stated such. I called you respectfully to work with you to address this. You just became argumentative instead. I want my money back, you can have the van in return.

I bought a car from Gus at Oshawa fine Auto sales. a few months ago, and I love it! The car runs like a champ! The dealer was very helpful, and most of all he was not pushy. Gus was great to deal with .. bought a truck at Oshawa Fine Auto Sales a couple years back .. still running great! As an Ex Technician, i can tell you that when Gus sells you a vehicle it gets checked over and repaired to make sure it passes the safety. Still very happy with my purchase and its been so useful i dont know what I would do without my F150 .

In November of last I bought my first car in Canada, I was timid because I’m a woman and I know that some car dealers would try to take advantage of this opportunity. However this was not the case with Gus he was kind and friendly.Shortly after buying my suv I took it to Canadian tire for winter tires and my suv is great condition, this gave me more confidence and a peace of mind that I had made the right decision.Last week I had a minor problem with the brakes and Gus took care of that detail as well. Thanks Gus you made my buying experience an enjoyable one

Gus was nice, but the car I bought was an absolute lemon. I’ve spent over 4000 on repairs and have been left stranded multiple times and I’ve only had the car for 5-6 months. That’s the chance you take buying used.
