Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely place. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty basic but it does the job!

I was very excited to stay in this location, however, when we checked into our room it was disappointing. I had requested two beds, instead, we received a bed and a pull-out. The couch was stained, the carpets were stained, and the walls were stained. We were also missing our shower curtain, and when I called down to the front desk they told me 5 mins, which ended up being a 30 min wait to get a shower curtain.The staff was very friendly though. Too bad the housekeeping didn't match the customer service.

This hotel is a disgrace. If I could have awarded less than 1 star I would have. I gave 5 stars for location but let's be honest, in a small place like Burns Lake it would be hard to have a poor location. The staff have zero concept of customer service and clearly not even a rudimentary training in the basics of running a hotel. We and another guest were pointedly ignored by front desk staff when trying to check in and it took 2 tries to get their reluctant attention. Then the key did not work and the access to wiFi was difficult, needing 3 trips back to the front desk for help. Despite boasting of daily housekeeping on the website our bathroom and main room were NOT CLEANED EVEN ONCE during a 4 night stay. An email to the manager resulted in fresh towels being placed on day 2 as we ran out by end of day 1, but even then the bathroom was not cleaned. The bed was NEVER made. We discovered a previous occupant's leftover food in the fridge. Our used coffee mugs were finally replaced on day 3 but the room left untouched. We did not need or want clean sheets but surely it is basic to make up the bed? Not at this hotel! Ditto for freshening and straightening room - never done. I dislike leaving negative reviews but as my private email to the manager outlining the above and more, still has not had the courtesy of a reply, I am left with no other option but to warn other travellers here to NOT stay at this terrible hotel, How it achieved 3 stars is baffling. We will never stay here again.

I have unpleasant stay un this “Hotel” fir 8 days, I was working night shift, it was their excuse never clean my room didn’t get even fresh towels or my garbage took out. On top they gave me a weekly rate of $790 and when I did my check out the give me a bill of extra $130 because according to them their “Summer rate” start on May 1st and they charged on my credit card because they have it on file. So after they charge my 7 days in advanced the price got re adjusted. The hotel is run by teenagers that seems careless about costumer service. When I called to ask if they have kitchenette they said no but we have a kitchen you are allowed to use but the kitchen is just an oven and they don’t have any kitchen utensils.The room was goo and the bed as well

Unfortunately all the recent poor reviews seem to be accurate; they mistakenly booked us for the following night and could only offer us a downgraded room, but at the same price. We had to reject the first room as it hadn’t been cleaned properly (and still had the previous occupants sanitary products in the bin). Service was very slow and apathetic. Also the breakfast area is very unclean.

Beautiful hotel on the outside. The minute you walk in, it is a different story. You look to the right and the chairs are disgusting, trash on the floor, old pop bottles and chip cans left on the table. Then the breakfast/kitchen area is disgusting. Food on the walls, dirty floors, the waffle maker looks as though it's never been cleaned, dirty bin of rags beside food products.the hallways were dirty and stained. Our room the floors are badly stained with there are crumbs and what looks like tissue on on the floors, as well as other dirt from being unvacuumed, stained bedspreads, hairs on the toilet, bathroom floors are filthy, shower has a dirt ring, shower curtain is brown with dirt, bathroom sink has dried toothpaste beside it. In talking to another guest, she and her family were disgusted too. They switched rooms because there was hair in their bedding and dirty/stained floors and bathroom, as well as crumbs on their tables. Check-in was terrible. After waiting several minutes, calling the hotel repeatedly from the desk phone, I finally walked to where I heard the person and she should have heard us, except she had on over the ear headphones and was listening to music, she tried to charge me more then Expedia stated because seasonal" rates had gone up. I am thoroughly disappointed. This hotel was $157.07 & is a complete dump."

I will never stay here again. We were away for 10 days and this was by far the worst hotel. I really don't know how this hotel gets more than a 1 star review. The building looks very new but it is not being maintained inside. Our room was not clean, the bathroom floor was very dirty with dust and hairs, the toilet bowl and not been cleaned for a long time and there were stains on the carpet in the bedroom area. The breakfast area was not clean, hardly any food or coffee available. The next people having breakfast had to ask the girl at the front desk for cups for their coffee. I was quoted one amount by email for our room but it was more expensive when I got there, the young girl at the front desk just looked at me when I showed her my email and said the rate was ... At the front entrance the garbage was overflowing, it looked like it had not been emptied for quite a while. No sign of any staff other than the 2 young girls that worked at the front desk. I am not sure if they are having staffing issues but in its current state I would not stay there again.

I’ve stayed here three times (five nights) in the last ten days. Excellent service, nice comp breakfast, and ridiculously comfy beds. The hotel is clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The rooms are updated and clean.What I love is how quiet it is. Oh, and indigenous owned and operated!We are vehicle delivery drivers from Squamish and all of us love staying here.

The room was gross, they were fully booked so there was not even any option to change our room. The carpets, couch and walls were stained and dirty. I did not feel like I could take my shoes off. We booked a room with 2 beds... We got a bed and a pull out. The bed was hard, the couch was not made up and was so loud and squeaky. We ended up sharing a bed. The bathroom shower was clean but the toilet and the counter were not. There also was no shower curtain. When I called to get a new one the lady said she would be up in 5 mins... Half an hour later I went down to grab one. She was tending to her hurt child, which is fine although I am sure her boyfriend could have done that while she did her job as he was sitting there on his phone as well. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast.
