Very bad experience with Black Forest Plumbing. Highly overrated and looks like all the reviews here are fake. I have personal experience as I paid $1500 CAD to them for minor plumbing issues and in return they didn't do the satisfactory job. I call them and they don't even respond back. Highly unprofessional behavior. Stay away from them.

I highly recommend Black Forest Plumbing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Josh showed up on time and was very efficient in getting the job done in a very timely manner. He explained everything so we had a perfect understanding of what needed to be done. We were able to get water turned back on withing a few hours. No more leak!Thank you Josh G.!

Lucas & Josh were pleasant young men who repaired our leaking pressure valve. They were on time, polite, very neat and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!

I had both Cameron and Adam over for different things. They were very knowledgeable and were very honest about things. If there were issues with parts, they were very upfront about the timelines. Very nice people to work with. I found them a bit pricey but peace of mind and post-service support is worth the price when it comes to plumbing. The other thing that was very important to me: I had a few other small things that I wanted to have work done on but they told me if I can live with it then don't fix it because it isn't worth the cost to me. Any company that turns down an opportunity to take money because it isn't worth it for the customer, to me, is an honest company that I will continue to support. Also, they are very easy to contact whether by phone, text or email.

Thank goodness for Black Forest plumbing. This was the second time I needed a plumber (on short notice) and they were able to send Nick out to save the day. I had a 3am water leak from a filtration system that was not fun to deal with. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly he fixed the leak for good! Thank you! Highly recommend if you need fast, reliable plumbing services!

Very happy with the service provided this evening. Wes was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude! He assured my husband and I that this sort of stuff happens and he'll get our blockage sorted out quickly. We are very grateful for him taking the time to ensure everything was working 100%! Had a plumbing issue and called this company to assist. The associate I spoke with (Mike) was honest and told me I should check my septic tank myself before they sent someone out. I did this, and was able to fix the issue myself. They could have come and charged me their 'weekend' rates, and I would have been out of pocket substantially. Honest company, and great experience over the phone with Mike. I will be calling this company in the future if I ever need plumbing services.

Basement was flooding and had them come out to snake our lines. Kept clear for about 24 hours and then started backing up again. $1000 down the drain literally. (was emergency on sunday they charge $250 just to show up $650 for snake). Never using or recommend this place.Edit: So since the owner replied I will elaborate. It was sunday so of course its hard to find anyone. The gentleman who came over I have no qualms about however he completely made the wrong decision as to where to snake. Instead of snaking where it was backing up he needed to take apart our toilet in the other room and snake from there. He definitely did not snake far enough (or just enough that the blockage had some room to flow) Not only that he didn't even test to stay to see if it was fixed.When we called back the person on the phone basically said we are S.O.L and we can come back to do a camera and started to list the price. SHE DID NOT MENTION IT WAS FREE NOR SAY ANYTHING TO HELP OUR SITUATION. So we hung up and called a better company and they sent 2 men who knew what they were doing and fixed it, and made sure that we ran all our taps in the house to see if it was still draining.The only thing I can say is thanks for at least giving us a partial refund for the non job your inexperienced plumber did. I have no ill feelings for the guy but he was young and made the wrong decision to help us.

We had a pipe leak with an inch of water in a room in our basement and our usual plumber was unavailable. We had seen Black Forest Plumbing trucks in our area so decided to give them a call. We were able to get someone to come in a few hours and not 20 minutes had passed but Nick arrived and quickly identified the issue! The repair was quick and Nick was very conscientious and careful with our furniture and decor. He did an excellent job in a short period of time. We were very happy with the service and would recommend Black Forest Plumbing!
