Yo tuve una magnifica experiencia trabajando con Juan, desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy fluida y el me mostro las opciones que tenia disponibles, el me quito un gran peso de encima al momento de mudarme a PEI, desde antes de llegar a la isla yo ya tenia un cuarto amueblado y con todos los servicios incluidos, reservado para mi y esperandome, en una casa muy acogedora y en vecindario muy bueno y seguro, me ahorro tiempo y dinero!! Pues no tuve que comenzar a buscar desde cero un lugar para rentar, lo cual agradezco infinitamente!! Excelente atención!! 100% recomendado!!

Juan is a great host, he went above and beyond to help us out of a bind. The apartment is very nice!

House on Edward Street was great, good mattress, all the cleaning products that you may need. Large fridge and confortable space outside. Juan was attentive and problem solver. We felt like home in the house!The only point I didn't like was the fact of not having a driveway and having to park in the street, which gets busy during the day.We would stay again on one of the KY homes.

I will ever remain grateful to Ky home solutions. They are simply y the best. Mr Juan, the manager is nice and humble, always willing to help the tenants at all times. Place is very close to downtown Charlottetown. Unit was clean but minimalistic but mattress in the main bedroom super comfortable. My wife wants to get the same for our guestroom. All cleaning and paper products were plentiful. My wife likes to cook, so we would have liked more pots and pans than there were. Thank god we eat out a lot. As we stayed there in December and January, parking in front of the unit during the night at times (when it snowed and the snow clearing trucks came) was challenging. However, there is the college parking lot a block away that one can use or use the assigned parking spot at the Park and Ride". Only problem is

I think that KY Home Solutions provides a variety of great housing options around Charlottetown. For my first experience with Mr. Juan, settling the documentation was a smooth process, and he helped with moving to my new place. I stayed in a beautiful house in West Royalty before moving to Downtown Charlottetown after a few months for the convenience of commuting to work and university. Although the Downtown house I stayed in was not my favourite (it was old and had some downsides compared to the house in West Royalty), it was still affordable with a great location, monthly cleaning services, almost all utilities included (laundry was coined) and had good internet speeds, and Mr. Juan is a reasonable man who was always here to solve any issues that arose. I would recommend KY Home Solutions for a good experience for anyone transitioning into a new life in PEI.

Its always a tough time for any immigrants landing in country like Canada where climatic conditions will be horrified if they are not use to it. Especially peoples from India will have very tough when they start their new character during extreme winter. But gentleman like Mr. Juan Carniel is really a god sent angel for us. We had lot of difficulties in form of transferring our good but he took care of everything right from the midnight pickup from arrival of our airport where he picked us and later he made sure that we have smoothly settling down with all the utensils and other amenities. Just in a day or two he is almost one in our family so much polite, kind, active and strong man. He was always ready to help anytime. We grateful to him for all the support he gave us.
