I put a request for someone to romance my garbage disposal on the Nextdoor app. Marc rekindling quickly, answered when I called and was out the next day to fo the job. He was friendly. professional, neat, and completed the job in less than the time he estimated. Very satisfied with his services and highly recommend him.

We hired Marc to come to our house to replace a bathroom fan, shower faucet and a couple of quarter turn valves. He answered my initial call and showed up at 1030 to start the work. He looked at all the jobs and told me he charged $35/hour. It sounded good so he proceeded with the work. A couple hours in, he wrote a parts list of what he needed from the store. He was gone almost three hours to two different stores to get supplies. He needed to use wood from our garage to get up in the attic and was constantly asking for my assistance. I told him I was off work and just had shoulder surgery.....when my husband got home at about 430pm, I had to lay down so he started working with Marc. At this time Marc had just started replacing the faucet...spending all day until then on the bethroom fan (note: we still have the same fan, just eeplaced the plug in). He ended up sending my husband to the hardware store an additional 3 times for parts he needed. During one of these runs my husband made, Marc went into the basement to turn the water back on. He forgot to close the knobs to the shower and ended up flooding our upstairs room where the showere faucets were accessible from and the basement. I immediately yelled when I heard the water and that is when he noticed the water. It took 8 towels to sop up the water on the floors. I got out the carpet shampooer (still revovering from surgery....) and started to suck up the water from the basement carpet. Marc was in the basement with me and asked if we had extra ceiling toles because are were soaked, as were the walls and door. He also told me then that he forgot to turn the valves off. I emptied the carpet shampooer 3 times before my husband returned home from the hardware store to take over. Marc ended up leaving at about 9pm and charged us for 10 3/4 hours plus $100 for parts he got from the store. The faucet is changed as well as two valves. We have another handyman coming in this week to replace our ceiling fan for $125 and he is going to do exactly what we asked Marc to do. Our initial impressions of Marc were great, but I am concerned about how much we had to assist him, how slow he was and the fact we had to spend a lot of time cleaning up water caused by his negligence and spend time/money replacing the ceiling tiles caused by his actions. Never once did he offer to take anything off the bill for this or even assist in the clean up. Based upon our experience, I would not recommend this handyman to others.

Detroit Kid City -Dearborn had Santa Marc for their Christmas party and he did nothing but exceed our expectations! He was reasonable priced, great with interacting with the kids and parents and even had a little show prepared. Highly recommended!! We can not thank you enough!

Marc replaced a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Also removed worn carpet from stairs and hallway. Very happy with his work.

Marc did a really great job. He came the next day to replace my garbage disposal, and then asked if there was anything else he could do (as my hour was not quite up). I needed an outdoor light fixture replaced, and he got that done too!Reasonably priced, very professional, and knowledgeable. You won't regret giving him a call!

Marc built an embroidery stand for me, quoted me 35 an hour and about how long the project would take plus supplies...he did the work as expected and promised.

We had no problems with Marc installing a hand rail for our front steps recently. This included cutting an 8 1/2' hollow metal rod (which we had bought in a hand rail kit) down to 4' and fastening the remaining piece and its supports onto the brick wall of our adjoining garage. The resulting cost of 52.50 (1.5 hrs) was significantly less than we had expected and we were pleased with the results - as well as with the information he gave us about the probable results of aging on the item.
