I've been coming here for a number of years on a recommendation of a friend and couldn't be happier with them. Great service, great prices. Honest opinions on repairs whether something needs to be done or not. Plus, they will drive you if you need a ride somewhere so don't need to sit around.I drive a distance to get my vehicles serviced here and it's worth the drive!

I've had winter tires for 2 vehicle and summer tires for 1 done here. Competitive pricing (They always beat costco) even when you add the nationally recognized road hazard warranty (same type of warranty costco includes in their price). Quick and easy to get a quote, and they'll also provide other pricing options and fitments. So hassle free to get an appointment. Waiting room is awesome with TV, comfy chairs and free wifi. Even a desk if you want to do some work while you wait. Kuerig coffee too with lots of selection while you wait too. I always dealt with Matt and he is typical of the great customer service here.

Been here three times and never again. Overcharged me for an oil change the first time. After I caught it they gave me a small refund. second visit for fuel filter change. They only changed one of two. (Claim they did not know the truck has two, how many have they done like this??) Charged me $250. Then I brought it back for the second filter that they missed and charged me another $250. Dealership is 380 total cost.Will not be returning here

What a great experience! Super helpful and friendly staff. Had exactly the tires we needed in stock. They easily handled our heavy class B motorhome. Done, with alignment in under 2hours.

I dont post reviews often. Only when i feel its absolutely necessary. This business is top notch. I found myself with a flat tire on what would likely be one of their busiest days for winter tire swaps/purchases. I called numerous other shops, none could help me. These guys had me in and out of their shop with new winters in less the 2 hours from the time i called them until i was leaving their shop. Special thanks to Pam. Im not sure i would have been able to pull this off without her help. Great job guys. It may be just another day at the office for you, but to me, it saved me from a lot of stress on my week off. Thank you so much.

I echo the comments of others here. These folks are honest and fair. I've never had a bad experience working with them and the pricing they get on tires is also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any work that you need done.Update: In addition I've now recommended them to several family and friends who had never heard of them before and have had similarly great experiences with varying services Bast performed.

Charged me $200 for road force balancing. No problem was found but my car still wobbles.UPDATE: Talked to them and explain the continuous wobbling and they were kind enough to refund the whole amount back.

Have been going to Bast for tires for years for my personal and work vehicles. They always balance the tires perfectly and take care. My only complaint... they NEVER mark what position the tire came off from during a seasonal changeover even after bringing the issue up to them a couple of times. I have to mark them myself before taking the car to them. Would be 5 stars if they could get that fixed.
