I completed my placement this past year with VIVA Pickering and the ladies within the Lifestyle Department played an instrumental role in my learning experience. V!VA is an amazing place to volunteer, and interact with individuals within the community. Thank you Stephanie, Laura, Jessie & Melany for everything :)

My father-in-law has called V!VA home for the last two years. It has been reassuring to know he is so well looked after, particularly during the pandemic. V!VA is a beautiful place to live and the staff are wonderful and caring, especially Yoli, Marta, Fare, Herminia, Maria, Rhonda and Matt.

Mother in law lives on supportive care floor. Not appropriate for seniors with disabilities. Door to her room is so heavy she is unable to open it. Her room is basically a prison. Has to wait for assistance for meals and toileting. Also no communication between families and Dr. and staff with regard to med changes or tests ordered.

I've worked at Viva Pickering in the wellness Department for approximately 7 years now and only have great things to say from the day we opened in June 2012 until now! The environment is bright and airy and the people are so friendly and inviting.

Many thanks to the amazing Viva staff for all your hard work keeping everyone safe and comfortable during the crisis. My father can't say enough good things about your hard work and care, delivering in-room meals, health checkups and endless sanitizing, all with a cheerful and professional attitude that brightens his tedious days of lockdown. Very reassuring knowing you are looking out for him until it's safe to be in public again.
