Canadian Tire

People are nice and helpful here. Just the shop closes three minutes early, at least. I know the item I want and I know the exact place. I can grab and go in 2 minutes. I understand it but still feel so sad. I have to come back another day.

I love Canadian tire’s customer service and that’s why I always chose Canadian tire over any other place. Every single person is so keen to help you with whatever you need.

Totally antiquated phone system that no one seems to answer. One number for the entire store other than the service centre and the parts counter? Press 4 for retail sales service." Over and over ad nauseum. "No one is available." Ever

They had the best prices for bicycle accessories around from what I could find and serviced my bike for free since I bought it there. Hours for bike servicing was well communicated and they were quick bringing it out as well.

Always find what I am looking for at Canadian Tire! Best store there is .

PHENOMENAL customer service! We arrived an hour prior to the garden centre opening and the store manager agreed to escort us to go in and pick a plant to lay our dog to Rest with. His compassion and understand was so appreciated especially on an extremely hard day like today!

The Canadian Tire was fine, clean store, well-organized, but none of the staff greeted me or offered any assistance. The only time I spoke with someone was when I got to the checkout to pay for my order. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for.

What a terrible (and still ongoing) experience with Canadian Tire stores in Kingston and their home delivery and installation service. Completely unprofessional delivery, calling and (over)sharing personal reasons why a delivery cannot be made on a date, informing of delivery on another date, resulting in taking time off work, only for them not to show, re-schedule 2 days later, only to call after missing delivery window with another personal excuse, suggest another date, which also wasn't met, then promise delivery and install by 8pm, only to not call and then show up in the dark at 9:45pm, with a completely damaged box, with delivery service suggesting to reject because they believe product from store is damaged and may be missing parts, and it is too late (and dark) to do install. Absolutely pathetic from start to now, leaving us to send product back (which cannot be guaranteed delivery back until Monday based on their schedule, apparently), after a terrible ordeal over the past 2 weeks. Now we await to see if we can get product refunded or exchanged (preferably refunded as we have zero confidence any of this can be resolved in a satisfactory manner). Absolutely pathetic and disgusting, and highly unprofessional. Delivery service using foul language and saying Canadian Tire in Kingston is the problem, and terrible to deal with, and this is very known... great, well, the delivery service not any better in this experience. We will be calling stores upon opening hours and hoping for quick resolution and refund.

Came to this store today and how amazing are these watches!!! For only $10!!!!!!I couldn't believe it. The quality is amazing for only $10! So many different styles to choose from, FULL of stock as well!This store was a great store to visit! Will definitely be going back!

I tried to return a pliers and I have the worst costumer service in my life the girl tried everything except give me the money back. She said because I opened they can exchange for another one . what I am going to do with another one? Anyway I just told her forget about it. I end went to another Canadian tire I didn't have any problems got my money back. I don't know what happened in there but you guys should take care customer service much better. That happened February 16/23 between 5:30 to 6:00 pm.
