Me and my wife and kids werepwere our fifth wheel moving from edson to stoney plain area. We broke our drive rear drive shaft on side of hwy to the point it was non repairable! I made a call to Pat's and told them my situation they got me fixed and back on the road in such a good time thanks again to all the staff at Pat's I would definitely recommend these great people !

Was told it was going to be $75 to balance a one piece driveshaft. Only after I got to the till was I told the total was $130 because it required straightening. Put the driveshaft in and it’s noticeably worse.

I recently purchased a rear drive shaft and the customer service was awesome! Everyone I spoke with were super friendly and they even accommodated me having the part shipped to my mechanics shop. It was a relief to have people willing to make sure the customer was taken care of. Not to mention i saved a lot of $$$ purchasing here!

Awesome service. There was a misunderstanding at first. My work order wasn’t getting done. The manager stepped in and got it done. Even sent a employee bring me the driveshaft 2 hours away. The shaft ended up being to short, my fault, not theirs. But they retubed it anyway and didn’t charge me for doing so.

I was quoted 350 bucks to rebuild my entire front driveshaft for an imported side by side. Not only did they have the parts in stock, but when I came to pick it up the bill was only 226. Went home everything lined up perfect. Above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Had a pto shaft break down on Wednesday night late. Thursday I was at the 116th st location at 10:30 am, I was on my way home with the shaft repaired by noon. Their experience and ability to think outside of the box is second to none. My shaft style wasn’t available any longer for a new front 1/2 replacement. They salvaged the shaft, machined it down, made it fit and had it welded in an hour and 1/2. Can’t praise these guys enough. This is my second time going to Pats for help and both times they were able to get me going again in mere hours! Awesome staff great prices!

All I can say is WOW! Brought my vehicle in October 2nd to get my driveshaft looked at. They took my vehicle in, and returned it to me the next day. Cam was fantastic to talk to. He explained what they were doing and checking in terms I understood. Highly recommend this place.
