Went in at 8:35pm and when I entered was told sorry you can’t buy anything it’s closing time even though they don’t close until 9:00pm? What is the point in advertising you are open until 9:00 when you aren’t going to serve anyone within the last 30 minutes anyways. Seems ridiculous to turn away a sale like that. Wont be going back here ever again since you won’t know whether you can actually buy a smoothie off them or not. Not to mention there were two people who had gone in just before me that she served and was in the process of making a smoothie for, I don’t understand what would’ve been so hard to make me two aswell when they were open for another 30 minutes.

I received prompt service with a smile, great double shot of acai shortly after the smoothie was done. Great joking and comeback to my joking that was professional and humourous. Great experience!

Signage says $6.99 was charged $8.31. Told staff should be $6.99 for the Hail to Kale juice. Was told sorry the prices have gone up. I suggested for them to change the signage then. Not impressed.

3rd visit. I have always loved booster juice, but my last 3 visits here were ruined by the horrible attitude of the blonde older lady who has worked here for the year I've been coming here. I see the other great reviews, and I'm puzzled, because she is so snappy and rude, I cant believe only we have experienced it. I hate to even think its personal, but I dont know what to say. I thought one time, off day, I get that, I work in customer service too, but she is scowling and rude. Got mad that we dared to take a minute to decide what we wanted. She needs more training if she's going to deal with the public. Again, cleanliness of store and quality of product is a 5, but she brings the whole store down to nothing.

My orangesicle drink tastes like a peach drink and very watered down as compared to others I’ve had in the past. Worst booster juice drink I’ve ever been served. Seems like they’re trying to save money by adding so much ice and substituting excess fruit while charging more. Not impressed with the quality. And by reading other reviews, I’m not the only one who has noticed this at this location.

Visited multiple times. Always get the same drink and it always tastes different. Today I got mostly pinaple juice in my bananas away. Its clean but I feel like they aren't running the franchise" to franchise standards?"

I always ordered the same thing on the menu, and they always tasted different. High impact acai does not have banana, and twice my order got banana in there. I also noticed they always put way more ice cubes in the mixture. I now avoid this location and always go to the next closest one, which is on Albert. You'll notice the huge difference.
