My wifes favorite store to visit and always comes in to check if they have something on sale. The quality of their items are really good that is why they are a bit pricey. She never buy them full price so she gets them only if they are good priced.

Have been to many lululemon stores across North America, and this is by far the worst. Terribly rude employees that are disrespectful and insulting. Attempted to exchange pants that were defective in the seem using their quality promise" policy. The employees refused the honour the policy and implied that it was due to my wife that was recently pregnant not due to the poor sewing quality of the seem. Have never had a problem exchanging defective products at any location except for here.The employees were Geeta

Always the worst shopping experience at this location, this is a weekday evening and it still look like it’s the weekend. You can’t find anything on this pant wall.

The staff at this location were really rude and unhelpful, especially the Asian male manager called Daniel. Really wow by their poor customer service here because I always have had pleasant shopping experience at other Lululemon locations.

I'm giving one star because the sales associate that was helping my wife and I was WONDERFUL! It was her supervisor/key holder Sim" (Not sure of the spelling) that cost Lululemon the other 4 stars. My wife was talking to the sales associate about finding a good winter jacket. We were deep in conversation when the supervisor very rudely interrupted our conversation to reprimand the associate right in front of us! It must have been extremely embarrassing for the associate and it was very off-putting for us as well. We walked out empty handed. Is this the Lululemon culture?Reading through the reviews from the Guilford location

I have been a long time customer and have always loved that I can exchange my garments that have been damaged beyond wear. I have had a pair of pants and been returning every 9-11 months as they rip easily. This is the first location to deny me an exchange. If you plan on doing anything besides purchasing I would recommend going to a different location.

This is by far the worst store location. Lack of customer service and this store never answers their phone calls or returns messages. It is absolutely horrible.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff. The “team lead”, the tall Asian girl with the big circle glasses creates her own policy’s on the fly and had absolutely disgusting customer service skills. Any time we entered the store and tried to speak to someone she would run over and tell the employee to stop doing my exchange and it wasn’t allowed, as the rest of the cashiers would look over and stop working and stare with smug looks. We were trying to exchange a jacket and it took 3 trips and speaking to Carly who was wonderful and extremely helpful and got our exchange done.I would recommend going to Abbotsford and getting some actual service.

Great customer service. Ashley was extremely helpful and she goes out of her way to help the customers. She made my shopping experience a very pleasant one by finding me the right styles in a short span of time!
