Fabulous I'm so glad they moved locations in the mall this location is quieter. My shiatsu practionor was attentive and caring and I felt great after my session. You can also call ahead to see if there is openings at some locationsBeen going to the Surrey Central crew for 8 plus years

Asked for a time the person said 2:00 pm I said I would be back at 2 and I was....then they said it would be 4:10pm before I could get in. Very poor English skills... want you to work with the computer booking system which the person couldn’t work very well themselves. Won’t return!I like the response from the owner, but a little to late. They should have someone at the counter to explain how the system works... no excuses own up to it and make sure your potential customers have things explained to them. This didn’t happen even when the owner came out he didn’t explain this, but now he wants too... very poor!

It was very nice time for me.Kaito treated all my pains in just 30minutes.It’s awesome. I’m glad to know the best place in VC. I’ll definitely go there again.Thank you very much.

Excellent massage! Wow! I was in so much pain from fighting and jiu jitsu and this place helped me so much. I’m so thankful and I think there’s a ton of value here. Great service and execution. The techniques were fabulous. I highly recommend this place. They have memberships too which I will be getting. Wow, life saver!

3rd time getting massaged! Would highly recommend the shiatsu clinic to anyone needing pain relief! My favourite specialist is Eddie, he is so soft spoken, kind and of course strong! Thank you so much Eddie for an amazing massage!!

Zippo is absolutely fantastic, each time he has helped my spot of concern and given me back my mobility.10/10 recommend.

UPDATE #2: After speaking with the someone who claims to manage 7 of their clinics, I will not be receiving a refund. They instead offered me a free 15 minutes. As if I would ever let anyone there touch me.UPDATE: I have a sprained C7 as a direct result from their poor care. I am now on the line for what will be thousands of dollars of physical therapy. I'm apauled by their handling of this situation.ORIGINAL POST: Pretty disappointed. I was having some pain from an old shoulder injury so decided to give them a try for the first time based on the glowing reviews. The staff are super lovely and the massage was fine. But I woke up this morning (the next day) in excruciating pain and unable to move my neck side to side or lift my left arm. I went in and to tell them and politely explain that I felt I should be refunded for the service. They said they would discuss it with the manager, who was there, and call me back. I have received no such call. I’m not expecting a refund which I feel I am fully entitled to.

First visit of your Shiatsu clinic was amazing. Kuni was very courteous, friendly and skillful! Honestly better experience vs RMT! Kuni treated my neck and shoulder pain and already feel so much better just after single session. Will be back soon!

I booked an appointment one day when I couldn't move my neck. I was in so much pain but Kasia/Shizuka worked on it and I felt so much better after. By next day my pain was down from 10/10 to 6/10. 2 days later down to 4/10. I'm going back to get other areas worked on tomorrow
