Burger Delight
The restaurant is great, the food is amazing the staff are great to deal with and always so friendly. I witnessed a few people getting angry because there food wasn’t done fast, people need to understand the grill can only make the food so fast or else people will get a raw burger and still complain. We are in the year 2022, it’s time people start to wake and actually think about the situation before they start complaining. Remember if you are feeling stressed because your food isn’t done fast enough imagine how the employees feel behind the counter making your food. Great place

Burger Delight
The poutine was really good here but I think the owner change after Covid and the food and service is garbage now. The poutine taste nasty and the fries was not even cook probably . The quantity and quality of the food was zero for what I paid .

Came with a large group of people to Burger Delight one Tuesday evening after having had dinner at Frosty John's. We were enticed by the idea of having a delicious funnel cake.We went into Burger Delight but realized that they were closing in 15 minutes. We discussed leaving because we didn't want to be one of those" customers but a man at the cash register

Burger Delight
We got poutine, burger and fries. The fries were burnt! When my husband told the kid behind the counter that the fries looks burnt, can you replace it. He refused. We had already paid when our food was getting ready so we just took our food. But after taking one bite of poutine and the fries we threw it in the garbage. The burger was ok. Not great but not as bad as the fries and the poutine. Take your business somewhere else. Food is horrible here.

(Recent Update - tried it again after some time and i go in and no one was in there and no staff behind the counter. I see someone is in the back room looking like they are siting in a chair or on the floor that probably saw me walk in or would have alteast heard the door so i waited by the cash and no one came out. Saw they had sign with button incase they were in the back so pressed it and waited and still no one. I am done with this place won't ever be back). Have went here a few times over the years and always had good service and the food was always pretty good. Not sure if there is new owners or something but just went recently and although the food was decent the rest was not. The two people that were working behind the counter were wearing what I would call get into your comfy clothes to relax before bed clothes yet your cooking food for people. (You don't have to have some crazy uniform but at least try to show you care about what your doing). The one employee seemed to have a group of friends that was hanging out in the place and they were all going back and forth behind the counter and grabbing fries from the fry bowl. The person adding the toppings to the burgers was literally grabbing them all with bare hands no gloves or even tongs. Again the food taste wise was decent. Price wise I would call it somewhere it the middle not amazing but not horrible either but could be better.

Long wait for a simple cheeseburger, extremely slow and zero effort. Fries are terrible. Poor staff, out of control teens with no care, or incentive to care.A local burger place should destroy a chain burger. Not even close though, you could compare to BK.

Burger Delight
Don't waste your time! This place went downhill awhile back, but recently has taken an even deeper nose dive. Two young teens working here are not sanitary in anyway. A friend of theirs walks in shakes their hand and then they proceed to touch our food with their bare hands. I asked if they had their safe food handler certificates and they both had no idea what that even was.Their friend was there to hang out and get free fries. Food taste worse than ever. Dry!

What started out as a nice family dinner out, turned into a terrible dining experience that went downhill fast. For a family of five we don't expect to eat for $40. Our bill was $97 and change, but if the food's good, I'm happy to pay it. We ordered our food and the teenager behind the counter was polite and told us it would be around fifteen to twenty minutes. No problem. He was wearing a hairnet and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. The girl working was pleasant also. While we were sitting down waiting, six teens, (three girls, three guys) came scootering into parking lot and entered the store. 5 sat down but one of the guys (red headed, long hair with no hair net) went behind the counter and started entering things into the cash register. He kept going back and forth from one side of the counter to the other. Finally our food was brought out by the first teenager. The hamburgers were piping hot but the fries were stone cold. They had obviously been cooked at the beginning and then left while the burgers cooked. We asked politely for some warm ones, he felt one in his hands, apologized and went back to the kitchen. He told the kid with the red hair, who then decided to say they were warm. He started joking around in a not so quiet voice to this friends asking them if they want some cold" fries. They kept looking over at us and laughing. I could tell the first teen behind the counter was embarrassed and trying to defuse the situation. When the fries were brought to our table it was the mouthy one that delivered them. We tried to explain

Burger Delight
Great burgers, home made taste. Staff is friendly and take the time to explain the menu options, awesome service. Fresh ingredients, juicy meat patties and soft buns. Nothing fancy or gourmet but well made. They have shakes and ice cream for the sweet tooth. Clean washrooms with baby changer.
