Sobeys Brampton

Here's a rewritten version of the review as a Google review:I visited this store three times to buy some fresh fish, but unfortunately, every time I waited for over 10 minutes, no one was there to help me. When I looked for someone to assist me, I was told that the employee was on a break, and I had to wait. The same thing happened three times within two months, which was frustrating. Another time, I came to the store for a quick stop at 10:00 PM, which was the closing time. However, an employee was standing behind the door, watching his watch. As soon as I reached the door, he locked it in my face in an extremely rude manner instead of politely telling me that the store was closed. I understand that he could not let me in, but the way he handled the situation was unacceptable. The customer care was a big zero, and I would not recommend this store.

Very nice staff. Setup is so beautiful. All kinds of meats veggies, groceries. Found my long awaited chipotle spicey mayo which I couldnt find anywhere else. Prepared for a barbecue to with their luxiourous kabob ready for grill. Def recommend if u want quality items

Well organized, huge collection of groceries including ethnic. Frozen food have options for both vegetarian as well as meat lovers. One of the best bakeries in town with pleasing staff and amazing taste. Ample parking space.

It’s neat and clean store with lot of verity. But due sale some items ware out of stock the sales staff issued rain check instead which is good thing.Friendly service with quick checkout.

Visited the Floral Department. Found the flowers I liked, but waited for a long long time while the cashier was on the phone forever. When I was about to leave to seek help somewhere, another lady Sue showed up and started helping me immediately. Sue carefully removed extra leaves, and packed the two flower sets into one set which is beautiful. Sue is so professional and provides excellent customer service.

I've been going to the Chinguacousy location for about 20 years and they have added security in the last few years which I was for initially but I have noticed that every time I'm in there lately I'm racially profiled like crazy. At first I thought it was just in my head but today I was followed aisle by aisle it was so frustrating cause I've literally never stolen anything from anywhere in my entire life. He even followed me outside. It's extremely disappointing cause I was such a fan of Sobeys that I would order from their Voila services. I've been going there for so long the cashiers that have been there for years know me and always ask how I'm doing. If this continues I'm going to start making videos and call corporate. Or post it to social media. Sobeys Chinguacousy, racially profiling your customers that have been coming to your dying store and helping to keep it afloat is not ok. I've been to Sobeys stores in actual affluent neighbourhoods and this never happens. I'm there all the time and when I'm not I'm ordering from your delivery service. Have a meeting with your amateur security guards before you start losing loyal customers. Cause I can most definitely afford to shop there.

It was good to shop at sobeys but the customer service was not that satisfactory ,didn,t get a nice welcome by the cashier as it was my first time visit there but anyways good to shop
