Gerard Shu has been my parents and I family doctor for a few years now and hes amazing :) the nurses at the front desk are also very kind and helpful.

Sign says it's a walk-in clinic, but the receptionist says they're not. Make it make sense.

You are treated as just a number. I had two appointments scheduled with Doctor K Shu over the phone and both times she did not follow through, no phone call. No cancellation. I was going through a serious health problem and she didn’t follow back up with me TWO weeks in a row. I since then have been put on their “Do not schedule list” because I complained about Doctor Shu missing our scheduled appointments to the receptionist. Not sure why this has been taken out on the patient and I’m left without a doctor now.

Dr. K Shu is the best doctor I've been to regarding mental health! She genuinely cares and is willing to work with the patient. Super genuine and highly reccomend for any kind of health issue. My grandma was in coma on her death bed due to the opiates she was one, Dr. K. Shu was able to detox her and get her stable again, best doctor in London!

Dr K. Shu took me on as a patient following a car accident. She is empathetic, thorough, thoughtful and takes her time to understand your medical history. You may wait a little longer beyond your appointment time to see her however, the fact that she doesn’t rush you in and out assembly line style is well worth it. Thank you Dr. Shu, for all that you do for your patients!

Even though this gets listed by Google as a walk-in clinic and has a sign saying it's a walk-in clinic...it's not and when you go in they act quite rude about the fact I was even there asking.

Dr. K Shu is by far one of the best doctors I've had. Excellence in care seems central to how the clinic is operated. I've found Dr Shu and her staff to be personable while offering an environment where I feel I'm with a team of health professionals who genuinely care.

Hard to schedule an appointment as the doctor is hardly there. They leave no same day sick spots for patients which is ridiculous. End up going to a walk in clinic all the time. Usually have to leave a message when wanting to book an appointment and then play telephone tag as I am working too. I feel as though the doctor doesn’t really know what they're talk about in terms of my questions and is always looking things up on the internet. Which I can do myself and usually have the answer before them. Doesn't seem like they really care about you at all. I have since left this practice and found a new doctor and I am MUCH happier with my health care. Was grateful I had a family Dr. at the time. if you have no other choice but to go here it's understandable but I wouldn't choose this clinic if you have the choice.

5+ years experience with Dr. K Shu and she is by far my favourite human. She is calm, patient, informative and caring. Additionally, all the staff are amazing as well and the Pharmacist is great here. I have seen Dr. G Shu one time and he was fantastic too. Zero complaints or grievances all around. This entire team could serve as a role model for Health Care"."
