Roddy seemed like a nice guy when we talked, made an appointment for him to come and do some service, but that day it was hardly raining and he said he can't make it because of the rain and that he would come the next day at same time. 1pm rolls around and no text, call nothing - so I message him and he said he's had a bad day but that he will come the next day.I get it, we all have bad days but I mean come on.Customer experience is important in any business. I'm giving him a 3 stars because he really is a super nice guy and meant well.I'm sure his service is great but customer experience is just as important

Fantastic quick service! Our board has fried on Friday over the long weekend. Within 25min of making a call RJ come over for diagnostics and gave us good instructions on how to protect it while he was ordering parts. On Tuesday morning the tub was fully fixed. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend their service to anyone!

This business is a scam. Had my hot tub go out. I contacted the number on their website , RJ came out and did get my tub running, but my airblower was out as well. I pointed out a hose that was also leaking and he plugged this as well. The blower motor was ordered and when it came in RJ installed it and charged me another service fee on top of the original. 3 days later the tub stopped working. I opened the panel and water was back flowing into the new blower motor. I notified RJ he could not get out for a few days. I got on the google machine and found out that its common practice to replace the backflow prevention valve while replacing a blower motor. Further to this that leaking hose turned that he plugged turned out to be an indicator line and it is supposed to leak when your backflow valve gives out. RJ didn’t show up twice, as scheduled. Been ghosted ever since! I tried the main line but it is forwarded to his cell. Im now out over $500 due to his negligence, but lesson learned. If you have hot tub troubles save your money and use u-tube or any other reputable hot tub service company! I do not recommend this “company”?? to anyone.

Roddy was awesome to deal with. Got back to me within a few hours of my initial online inquiry, and was on site early the next afternoon. Great, friendly, personable service, quick diagnosis and he had the part with him to complete the fix in under an hour. Highly recommend reaching out to Roddy for any hot tub repairs you need.

Roddy was amazing to deal with. Hot tub went down & he was out within a few hours of calling him. It was fixed the very next day. Awesome service I was extremely impressed!

EDITED - turns out Roddy had to travel to Trinidad for a family emergency. Upon his return, he repaired the tub. I still stand by my thoughts below, but understand during Covid, he had a medical emergency.My pipes froze a month ago, and Roddy was initially good. He gave me sound instruction, came by immediately to shut off pump 3. This was Dec 11.He promised to come back and repair pump 3 and instructed me that he would have to empty the tub.He simply did not respond after that. Come jan 1 he told me he changed his phone and didn’t know who I was. After explaining again, he agreed on a repair for jan 10, then did not come. Upon another text, he said “I 100% promise I will come Friday”. Friday has come and gone. No word, doesn’t answer his texts and won’t answer his calls.My hot tub has been out of service since Dec 11, and I am disappointed about that. He’s always been very personable, but I cannot say he is reliable.Please use him with caution. If you don’t have a specific timeline, feel free. However, if you need something done carefully, on time, I’d recommend someone else.I’m sorry to have to write this review. I’ve never written one in my life, but it’s been a very frustrating experience over this winter.Thank you
