Very poor customer service, did not send my item for nearlyb4vweeks so I canceled it.

I bought this HO2 X5 steam mop with extended warranty from THANE CANADA INC. This mop stop working after few users. I emailed to THANE but no one answer. I won't recommend.

AVOID! They are a scam, they claim to have the best customer support but it is NON existent.They tell you to set up an online account on a website that doesn't workThe customer service email they have rejects emailsNONE of the phone numbers are in serviceI bought two bike nook stands that only had HALF THE PARTS in box.On top of that extremely poor quality product.SAVE YOUR MONEY, you truly get what you pay for.

I love my steam mop, is not too heavy and it leaves my floor nice and clean, when I order this the shipment came quick.

All went very well with the ordering but to be honest not sure about the purchase. It worked fabulous on the tub and the jets, not to happy about the mirrors and tried it on the oven door didn't perform as promised. I was going to return but but in the process of drying it out I lost the darn plug. Feel stuck with an expensive bathtub cleaner that I will only use on the jets.

In April 2022 I bought a bike rack from the Bike Nook, purchasing it directly from the company, Thane Direct Canada Inc. The parts on the reverse side of the instruction sheet were missing. I tried to communicate this to the company but their website wasn't working properly and gave me some strange instructions that would not normally be meant for an ordinary user of the website. I tried to communicate that to the company using a website but got nowhere.I then wrote to the company. That was about three weeks ago and, so far, I haven't heard a thing.So I have half of a bike rack. If anyone else purchased a bike rack and received only the parts on the reverse side of the instruction sheet then maybe we could work something out.

Great option for storing bikes. Purchased 2 and will add a few more to safely store all our bikes. Easy to assemble and a real space saver.

Received order in a timely manner and product was easy to assemble. There was a missing component which is important for the use of the TotalFlex L unit, but its impossible to contact Thane to get it sent to me. I doubt if I would use Thane in the future.

Could not enter info on site , had to contact USA contact number to complete transaction. Also could not create an account to track my package. After choosing Canada as my country link goes to USA. Very confusing and frustrating.

The Bike Nook product is amazing, very clever. I've ordered and assembled 4 units now. The whole family likes them. They are great! But the assembly instructions, particularly for the Pro Kit Upgrade, are mindbogglingly frustrating, with incorrect written instructions and errors in the diagrams!
