Ratna, solution manager, at Karat is a very knowledgeable, polite, humble and honest person. He fixed our Navien tankless water heater on time as he promised. At the end, he gave us some tips and recommendations on the annual maintenance of the water heater to ensure it is run smoothly without any issues for a long period of time. We're very happy with his work. I would highly recommend him.

Great service..I am so happy to have found the best electrician around. I never thought that I can actually find a perfect electrician to take care of my needs at home. I asked the company for help. I am having problem with my panel upgrade. There was an issue with some sockets. I do not know what to do. Thank you for taking care of my needs.

He told me tomorrow everything will be running good but took one more day off. I found out that during the COVID-19 season it is hard to get the parts.He always makes sure the store is running well and helps me out too. He fices the Meat Grills, walk-in Cooler/Freezer, Reach-in Cooler, CVAP, Hood Fan, Toaster, Friar, Taylor Dayne, Air- Make up units, Air Conditioner/Heating, Dishwasher and Water heater, and he has a all the license for that.When you give him a chance, you will find out.
