I contracted all star signs to build a backlite sign and two other large signs for my business after waiting a long time for the sign he showed up with the signs the signs where supposed to be 3feet by 20 so they fit in a certain box of my building the sign he made was 4x20 he said sorry it would take another month to redo the sign his way of pressuring his client into accepting the sign know that there business opened the next day, after 5 months the backlit sign started to bubble so i took it back tim was not impressed that he had to redo the sign i discussed with him that this was a warranty issue so he told me to leave the sign and would get back to me well after 3 weeks he sends me a email while i was on holidays saying the sign was done and it was outside after a certain time he wasn't responsible for it when i read the email a couple days later i called him he said someone must of stole it because it wasn't there. the sign was 3feet by 20 feet long with my company name on it from side to side i believe tim never fixed the sign and is just trying to slither his way out of his companies responsibility of fixing his mistake
