Large stock and lots of different tile to choose from. Service was attentive and friendly, also a nice good dog walks around greeting customers, very cute.

Really happy with City Tile. Will definitely go there again. Great supply of IN STOCK tile! I tried another local tile store first (Cornerstone) and actually ordered $1,000 worth of tile from the other place. They told me a 3-week delivery, which became 2 months, then 3 months (or never, it looked like). So I canceled the Cornerstone order and went to City Tile where they have everything in stock, so you won't get hung-up on a ridiculous never-arriving tile order. I ended up spending 1/2 the price at City Tile as I had planned to spend at Cornerstone, and drove home with my tile the same day! Love my results. I was doing a tub surround for my 1940s house and wanted to retain the vintage look. I used this gorgeous Italian Joyful Azure, with a retro octagon mosaic for border, all in black picture frame. All from City Tile.

City Time is Amazing! I don't make recommendations unless I feel strongly about a product and the service that I receive. So, when I say that a company is Amazing, it is based on having purchased and used a product as well as having experienced the delivered service first hand. City Tile is exceptional in both areas. My husband and I had a disaster on our hands after we discovered how much our backyard terrace had deteriorated from water creeping in under the tiles and membrane sold to us 7 years ago by another company. Since we had worked with City Tile on many other home renovation projects, Dominic and Rose Staniscia, owners of City Tile, were the first people we discussed our disaster with. Their expertise guided us to a Porcelain Paver Tile solution which is second to none and the only solution for our rainy climate. We were able to turn our disaster into a terrace that is not only beautiful but will withstand the elements for many years to come. We cannot thank them and their wonderful staff enough and highly recommend City Tile to anyone looking to beautify their home whether inside or outside!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them. Is Nanaimo worse than other places for deceitful trades and construction? I don’t know but unfortunately homeowners are getting ripped off all the time. As far as tile is concerned, there are better options in Nanaimo. Go to Cornerstone tile...they were professional, fair and honest with me.

Inventory and Superior Customer Service. Over the past 4 years we have been buying tile for our Addition and Renovation of our home. The variety of tile types, designs and ideas is huge.
