Unresponsive....I'm trying to cancel my insurance and I'm being ghosted.

I recently called because my insurance rate had gone up from last year. I was on the fence about whether to switch providers as the price had risen (without any accidents occurring or tickets issued). When I called ICD, I was transferred to Mary who was absolutely amazing and patient on the phone. She found a way to help me in my situation and as a result, I am more than happy to stay with ICD. For many years I had my home and auto insurance with a large insurance company. Though I have never had a claim, the cost was high and their service consisted of cashing my cheques.
