I'm a regular here, I'd rather come here and do my stuff than go to staples or anywhere else. They are very fast, SO kind, and always smiling and their device quality is very satisfying.

Products - I appreciate that they have a good selection and do custom. I have come here a couple of times over the years, and they never disappoint with the quality of their products. Recently, I printed some invites for my sister's wedding. You can see the gold emboss and the packing they did in the video. I was happy with the result.Service - I appreciate that they are knowledgeable and won't take on a project if it isn't within their capabilities. Often shops will take any order to awful results. They don't. They have a well-thought-out process, kept me updated and delivered the projects on time. Their pricing is fair and transparent. They have a great team that gets along with each other. Kudos!Overall, I would recommend it. Make sure you are clear and know what you want. They are more than happy to help if you don't ask questions.

This location really out does themselves! I made a call about a quote for a seating chart at 10am, my order was ready within 1hr! The price was the best price I came across by far and the quality speaks for its self! Thank you TPH team!

What a amazing printing house. I went to scan my important document of 1 page but didn’t have cash so they did for free. Even I asked to charge any amount they didn’t charge me. This is called customer service. For sure my favourite printing house from now for all my printing needs.

I cannot believe I would have someone shake their head in disgust at being told by a colleague to write his invoice so he can leave. But that is what happened here.I guess they are so busy that common courtesy means nothing and they do not need new customers.I had to leave the store rather than make a scene in the store.
