Went on Labour Day. The staff was very attentive. You have the option of all you can eat or a la carte. Ordered a bento box and you can't beat the lunch price! The food was good. Not excellent. But good! I would go back for an affordable lunch option! Plus you get free ice cream! Though, it's very dairy heavy.

A very traditional and authentic Japanese restaurant. When I walked into restaurant I could easily mistake it as a neighborhood restaurant back in Tokyo. The sashimi was fresh and of high quality. The Japanese staff is friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for good and authentic foods.

Possibly Toronto's best kept Japanese cuisine secret. Highly highly recommended. Lots of vegetarian options as well! More than any other Japanese place I've ever been to. If you haven't been here, you should. This is a steller place, a real hidden gem.

Authentic Japanese food. Lived in Japan for 1 year so I know. Not too expensive and very good quality sushi. I wish their gyoza was crisper but otherwise excellent.

The food was very good, but the service was VERY slow. Dishes came out one at a time, and spread over 1 hour and 20 minutes. The servers were also not attentive with the refills of water and no small plates were provided when we were sharing food. Plan to wait for a long time for your food to come out.

Salmon sashimi, chicken karaage were delicious!! It's not too busy and quality is decent and it is affordable. The venture away from all the sushi places at bloor and bathurst is worth it for the attention and peace you’re getting.

I only went there once but I was very pleasantly surprised. All the other great reviews do it justice. I want them to be successful but I also like that it's easy to just arrive, sit and be served.
