Came in with no knowledge of what I wanted to buy and the employee working (I think it was the manager) was super helpful and I ended up leaving the store with what I needed and more goodies on top!!! Definitely recommend this location!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Very friendly & warm atmosphere. The staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. They make you feel comfortable, safe and don't judge. I love buying all my intimate products there. High quality at an excellent price. They carry soo many different things you can easily drop a paycheck in a day. Definitely worth buying your loved ones something special or treating yourself to something new and special

My partner and I came into this store on the weekend prepared to have an awkward experience like we usually do. What a surprisingly pleasant experience we ended up having!!! Elizabeth was like a breath of fresh air, she was friendly and really knew her stuff! She gave us the best service we’ve ever had in an adult shop in Toronto, and believe me we’ve been to them all. Keep up the great work!!!

This store was an absolute pleasure to shop in. Elizabeth was so welcoming and friendly. She was so educated on everything the shop had to offer and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the music playing was amazing!!! It gave such a good vibe for myself and the other customers. I had such a great experience shopping there!

Amazing people! Greatest love shop in the universe! Spectacular customer service, they literally saved my date (and Hitachi magic wand!). They gave me an adapter after my bunny chewed my cable (something literally impossible to get in the city!). Everyone was super friendly, and I felt welcome right away! They are the greatest! The website says til 11p.m on Friday, as does the Hours of operation displayed outside in the window! But at 9:59p.m. The store is closed and gated! No note outside the business or is anything listed on the website! Apparently customers aren’t important to this business. As a first time patron can’t say the experience was the best. Will I travel again to Love Shop (Queen St. Location or any other) very very doubtful! My advice if it’s your last resort call ahead!
