Made many many attempts to reach out and no one was willing to return my call. Customer service was terrible and once they finally reached out via email they basically threw out a number that for a loan that was insulting to me. Obviously they didn't want to work with me. Don't waste your time with this company if you have other options. No one else was welling go to even go over other options to help me

Thought it was a good company until they promise you a loan increase and then turn around after the whole process goes through and say this offer expired!! Lies !. these people are liars. Not to be trusted!
