Very convenient and helpful RV parts store. Owners waited after hours for me to drive to them and pick up a propane hose. I was leaving in the morning and only discovered last minute that my hose had cracks in it. Greatly appreciated their going above and beyond!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!Went in to buy wheel covers off of a used RV. Bob, the mechanic was very helpful, but didn't know the price.I spoke to the owners (who didn't have a good grasp of the English language), and we painstakingly came to an agreement on price if I removed them myself.A few minutes into removing the wheel covers, the owner comes out and said he found these on a website for more money, so he wanted to double the price??!! I told him a deal is a deal

Well let's face it; when your trailer brakes down it's never gonna be good. BUT, I can honestly say that Rose and the team eased the pain. From start to finish they were upfront and honest and very accommodating. They even came in under the quoted price. I won't go breaking my trailer again but if I do they have my business.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have come in many times for parts and they knew exactly what I needed, and were fast with items that needed to be ordered. Fantastic service and great lineup of trailers for sale.

Had their tech come out to repair my furnace last winter. Instead of removing the furnace and bringing it into the shop to work on (as June had told him to.) He began googling and youtubing issues related to my furnace. After calling June quite upset he finally (on the fourth visit) took the furnace with him. They supposedly changed the solenoid and added a bypass as my furnace was receiving too much voltage. This cost me around $700.00 and worked for about a week when the thermostat then shorted out (probably from the random bypass.) I changed the thermostat and used the furnace for the last cold weeks of spring. After closing it for the summer I went to fire it up again and guess what? I have the SAME issues. Motor starts, but doesn't ignite. Trying to find someone else locally as I cannot afford another 700 to still not have this fixed. June, if you're reading this I will be calling you this morning. I'm very disappointed.

Went and looked at a trailer and had a terrible experience. The thing was falling apart. Floor is rotted out, one entire wall needed to be replaced, floor needs to be redone. Nothing works including the fridge. Told us that the tip out had work done to it but could tell nothing was done. None of this was disclosed in the ad and June was becoming very rude when disclosing our finds to her. Strongly recommend avoiding this business. Drove 2 hours one way. Completely wasted 4 hours of our day.
