We love taking our dog here and meeting Amber has been so amazing! She takes great care of our girl and makes us feel so comfortable leaving her for a hair cut. Our dog is very timid and shy, and does not love going to the groomer, but Amber makes it so seamless. Amber is so caring and kind, and we will never go to anyone else. We are so grateful for her! :)

My dad took a day off to drive our cat for grooming. Since all of the groomers in Calgary are fully booked, we had no choice but to go to Airdrie. Imagine driving for 30-35 minutes in this weather only to be informed that they cancelled the appointment. Pristine Paws did not even bother to inform me ahead. The appointment is at 12 noon, they open at 9. They had 3 hours to inform me!!! You wasted my dad's time and gas. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!

Just picked up my two dogs. Hair cut looks great. Here is what is not great. Notext when done, texted the wrong number. They cut one dogs nails to short and didn't tell me and she was bleeding quite badly enough that my leg was bloody from her nails. Would I recommend no after getting Tia's two nails to quit bleeding i took a closer look at the hair cuts. Very unevenly done. Would not take my girls back there.

First time here, was looking for a place to take our Border Collie who was in need of some care. Very impressed with the care and attention to detail from Debbie; our dog was very happy and looked incredible. Will certainly be coming back with Tess!

I am so thrilled with the quality of the grooming my dog received here. I just picked her up from her appointment and she looks so great! The booking process was extremely easy and they could get her in right away and she looks fantastic. We took our family dog here for years growing up and now that I have a family of my own, and having just moved back to Airdrie, I’m happy to say the quality is just as good as ever and I’m happy to look forward to continue bringing my dogs here.
