Amos Family Dentistry

I don't give 5 stars in most cases. However being there when a person in need can use someone is great. Walking around and apologizing for not getting to you fast when your an extra with an emergency is above and beyond. My thanks for your fast work and being there.

Today was the second visit to Doctor Amos In as many years.I do not have insurance or disability so I pay for each visit out of pocket. This review is coming from experience and value.I have been to at least 12 dentists from Vancouver Island, through the provinces to here on the east coast.This I can tell you; both visits here have been two of my best experiences.Experienced, organized, well equipped and able to to think quick on their feet.Lastly, my proceedures (and they were pretty serious) were handled with the utmost of precision and comfort.Definitely our family dentist on the East Coast.Thank you, to you and your staff.

Great dentist, very understanding and willing to work with you everything and very understanding of financial situations. She was the only dentist that would take me in and fix my teeth up and recently as well. If you want an understanding dentist, go to Dr.Amos. she's is awesome

First time and last going to the this dentist. Went to get a single wisdomTooth removed, ended up freezing the wrong side of my mouth soShe couldRemove a different tooth. Then argued with me that she was the correct before Doing an X-ray to prove I was right. I do not recommend.

Dr. Amos really cares about her patients. I had a broken tooth causing me so much grief and while removing it she kept asking if I was ok and talking me through it. I'm not the easiest to freeze so she definitely has a lot of patience.

Dr Amos was the only dentist I contacted who would agree to replace my silver amalgams. I am so grateful as my health has improved greatly. Dr. Amos and her team have treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I look forward to seeing your wonderful smiles at every appointment.

Dentist herself no problem, nice and caring. You do need to sit and wait extra long for the appointment, normally 20-45 minutes. The reception and accountant need to work on their math. Over charge, mess up insurance and billing.

Most experienced dental professional in bridgewater.and it shows.very pleasant experience as well

edit: Dr Amos called after reading my review to apologize for my experience. Im not an unreasonable person and am totally understanding when unexpected things occur however, I do feel my frustration is justified.~~~~My first experience was good, I am super overdue for a cleaning and need some fillings. we had a game plan for how I was going to be treated. Then in the new year I had three appointments cancelled on me in a row. Always the day of the appointment, where I would get rescheduled a month out, only to have my new appointment cancelled too.I understand things happen that can be beyond our control but three cancellations I can't help but feel targeted like Dr Amos was trying to not treat me. After expressing my dissatisfaction after the third time I was not offered any sort of consolation or compensation while my teeth continue to go untreated. Really wasted over three months of my time.As I had expressed I have trauma regarding dentists, it is a really anxious experience to once again have to go out of my way to find a new dentist all over again and re-explain my situation. I'm really disappointed at the situation.
