What I have to say is not enough.August 2018 my family vacationing in Fiji Islands received a video call from my neighbor at 3am .We watched our house burnt down to the ground.We lost everything.Same afternoon we received a call from Green Terra assuring that they can rebuild for us.My gut instinct said go with GT.I did.I made the right choice.I am very pleased with their workmanship, professionalism, and their promises to rebuild a new home for me.I'm in my new home and love it.IT IS GREAT.GT JOB WELL DONE.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.One more thing about GT,they are reliable and trustworthy. Any concerns they attend right away. No wait.I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM .

We used Green Terra to do a full house renovation. The team at Green Terra was very professional and responsive. Paul helped guide the entire build from start to scratch. We could not be happier with our new home. I highly recommend Green Terra not only did they stay within my budget, they also helped with cost saving ideas. It's obvious why they won the consumer choice award for best general contractor in Surrey B.C

During the course of our project, GT maintained the highest standards of quality, value, professionalism, safety, and cleanliness. Our project was completed on schedule and under budget. When you hire GT you are hiring more than a General Contractor; you are hiring a partner and an advocate for your dreams and goals.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Green Terra Development. During the process our project was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the city. Green Terra communicated the delay and worked with the city as promptly as possible to resolve the issues. There was a sense of ownership from each of the members of the crew.

I don't even give them 1 star. They worked on a bathroom renovation project at our 40 unit co-op and did a horrible job. My bathroom in particular was done pre-covid and the quality of the material they used was good but the workmanship and attention to detail and even common sense was unacceptable. Once Covid hit, they decided to raise their prices quite a bit but the bathrooms they completed looked nothing like the bathrooms they completed pre-covid. The material was so cheap and work so poor, they had to come back a rip both bathroom up and start from scratch. It was then that we decided to fire them and find a new contractor. Well, it's been a year and a half since my bathroom was renovated and this weekend I had a major leak from the bathroom down into the kitchen. The plumbers who fixed the leak said it was caused by the poor work done by whoever installed the bathtub during my renovation. As I mentioned, we have since fired Green Terra and the remaining bathrooms are being completed by a new company. Do not use them!

We discovered GT while looking to complete our basement. The team at GT was wonderful to deal with start to finish. We had a tight time line to finish the entire basement and not a clue were to start. They come in, gave us feedback on the layout we were thinking of to save money and maximize space . The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. (Special shout out to Egon). They took the time to hear our concerns and suggestions and addressed them in a timely and professional manner. Their openness to feedback and accountability for their work was greatly appreciated!We are very satisfied with the outcome of our basement. If you are looking to get the job done, the right way, we HIGHLY recommend Green Terra Development!

Our family suffered a horrific tragedy with our home being destroyed in a house fire that took place July 2017. As we ran out scared, and saw our home go down in flames, we knew our home would never be the same again. All our memories were gone and all that was left was ashes. When looking for a contractor who was compassionate, understanding, and empathetic to our situation - GTD had the utmost respect and care for what our family had been through. They didn't see us as just another client but thought of us as their own family. They went above and beyond for my family and I. Although all our old memories may have been gone, they wanted to give us new dreams to look forward to. Thank you GTD for everything you have done.
