Excellent service and quick turnaround for warranty repair of a watch purchased at Porsche Hawaii 2 years ago. Communication via email was prompt, courteous, and with all relevant information included. Watch had been sent for timing adjustment but the clasp screw was discovered damaged so a replacement was ordered from Switzerland. Returned the watch to us with a new storage box within 2 weeks. Definitely recommend and will use again if future repair work is required.

My mom had wanted, for years, to get her older mantle clock working again but couldn't find a reliable store on the West Island.After receiving a referral to see André at SWS and reading so many positive reviews & experiences we knew we chose wisely. The drive to their convenient location was quick and after consulting with André we happily dropped of the clock. Mom and I trusted the team to repair the clock without doubt.We recently picked up mom's mantle clock and it was definitely worth the expected wait time to have it all cleaned and working like new. Andre walked me through the process of cleaning and servicing my Father’s antique Waltham pocket watch, and even found necessary parts via the internet.Their attention to detail, and desire to please the customer is refreshing, and simply put, superb.Worth every penny. I had my Oris Divers 65 serviced with Swiss Watch Shop and couldn’t be happier with the results. Incredibly quick turn-around of a few weeks, especially at a time when most other shops are taking 3+ months for similar services. Very expensive repair for poor work. They didn't even seal my watch correctly the first time I sent it in and I had water in my watch from washing my hands. Then after all was said and done they did not even fix the bracelet I had sent it in for. I was told to try crazy glue"Take your watch to some mall shop and you'll received it back in better condition. I'm incredibly disappointed Oris or any brand would make this store their representative.Edit: For Context; I asked for whatever patina on the watch to be saved for sentimental reasons - instead of checking if the bracelet could be saved I was sent back a bill for the work and nothing fixed. The fact that a watch shop couldn't seal a watch in the first round is extremely concerning. So yes that's 'expensive' work when nothing was fixed. I'd rather spend the money and send it state side for a proper shop to service it."
