This is the second time in over 15 years I have relied on the team at Arctic Air to install HVAC equipment in our home. Arctic Air team are highly professional, competent, reliable and provide competitive pricing. The installation of the equipment is done to exacting standards and superior quality and they back what they install with excellent service anytime needed. I would highly recommend Arctic Air for your HVAC needs.

We used Arctic Air in August 2021 when our AC stopped working. After calling another company we were convinced we needed a new AC - not an expense we were prepared for! Called Arctic Air for a second opinion and the tech was amazing...before even trying to sell us on a new AC, he checked out our unit and diagnosed a quick fix, repairing the unit within the hour. 100% would recommend! A belated thank you!

We had our air conditioner installed by Arctic Air. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided extra information to us about the product that he was installing at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company to other people requiring any work to be done in their home. We were very pleased with the workmanship and his quick response to our questions. We will certainly be requesting the services of Arctic Air in the future.

Very impressed with this company and John in specific. John is very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He has been helping repair our condo a/c that another company failed to do. Arctic Air's pricing is very competitive and I will continue to use them for any heating or air conditioning needs. I highly recommend.

Arctic Air just replaced our furnace and I would highly recommend them. John was very thorough, explains all the options and did a fantastic job. He also helped us out in the summer with our a/c and we were very pleased with his work then. So when our furnace stopped working we didn’t hesitate to call. He not only did a great installation job, he explained everything he did and gave us tips to keep our systems running well. Excellent job and our house is now toasty and warm!

John was referred to us and we are so very grateful!!! Our furnace wasn't igniting, the house was freezing and so John came right away. He is so meticulous that he noticed a huge crack in a fitting on our gas line which could have been catastrophic had it let go. John basically saved our house! Oh and he fixed our furnace!! Lol! We would highly recommend Arctic Air as, not only is John very knowledgeable, the fact that he is so conscientious and observant is priceless!! Thank you John!!!!

If you are looking for a great quality furnace or air conditioner at a fair price, the I strongly suggest you cal Arctic Air, they do not have a bunch of sales people trying to up sell you on stuff you don't need. They respond right away, show up when they say they will. Very polite and professional.I have had many companies do work on my house from new windows, painter, general contractor etc, of all the companies that have come through my house to do work, the experience from Arctic Air ranks at the top for most pleasurable experience and overall satisfaction for money paid for service and product provided.If I could give them six stars I would.

I contacted several HVAC providers for quotations on replacing our furnace & Arctic Air was the first to respond. One of their technicians (John) arrived at our home a couple days later (our existing furnace was still working, we told AA it was not an emergency) to scope out the work & was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their quote was mid-range compared to others we received, in the end we went with AA based on John's professionalism & AA's other favourable google ratings. We'd also noticed their trucks a number of times in our neighbourhood recently. We were not disappointed, the new furnace, humidifier & thermostat installations were completed by John within a week & everything's been working great since then. A very pain-free" experience!"
