They are very professional and provide the best service. The person with negative comment must have a personal reason because they never let their customers down. I have been dealing with them for past 10 years and never had any issues. If a fabric is delayed I am always informed well on time and its not always in their hands if there is a delay in shipment but they do the best they can to avoid dissatisfaction. Give them 5 stars for excellent service.

I have made my order middle of November,2017 with Casa Leather and they are dealing with this company for Fabric, today is 12th Jan,2018 and still they do not have fabric and making all stupid excuses,they do not care about customers and they apart telling me now fabric will come after another 10 days who knows may be if can be more day. They should not be in the business if they can not keep their promises.I do not know why they have 5 star ratings ?...It must be their family or friends writing all false review.I will make sure people that I know do not buy from them.Please avoid them
