My wife and I went here for her birthday and it was an awesome experience. Catherine is extremely friendly and a very good mentor. Catherine ensured to answer all our questions and would give us space to create our fragrance of choice. Highly recommend going to Catherine to learn DIY stuff. My wife was very happy.

Really fun and cute place. I went with a group for a soap workshop and it we were able to make a lot of take home goodies. Catherine was really nice and welcoming. Recommended!

Disgustingly unprofessional and uninviting!The business owner's lack of communication with my partner led to a misunderstanding which, rather than explain, she attempted to berate us about when we came in.We defused the situation by paying an additional ~$40-$50 as well as remaining cordial. We came to babysit the young children we were with, but were told that we also needed to pay since we'd be witnessing the experience" which was rich considering that she did not explain anything we did during our session

Went here for a bachelorette and we had more fun than what we expected! Price is reasonable too for everything that we get out of it. Catherine is a lovely guide, very knowledgeable, personable and responsive to our emails/questions. We never felt rushed. I highly recommend this place!

Let's Make It" gives back to the community by working with / hiring individuals with barriers to employment and the workshop seeks to educate you about soap (particularly sodium lauryl sulfate or "SLS") before you actually get into making it.Admittedly

Afternoon well spent :) We learned so much about natural products and got to make lots of superb smelling soaps, bathbombs, a scrub, and a lipbalm, to bring home. The studio is in a lovely area to walk and/or sit in a cafe after the class (free parking nearby was a bonus). Catherine is so knowledgeable and welcoming - I'd highly recommend!

Loved the soap making workshop. We made soap that is so lovely, bath bombs, body scrub and lip balm( all fantastic). You get to choose your fragrance from botanicals or pure fragrances that are free from harmful chemicals. A small group setting with a wonderful knowledgeable Catherine leading the way. Great for adults, families or just yourself. They also do workshops for workplaces or groups, with more than just soap making available. Highly recommended for a good quality experience with some great products that you take home the same day.

Had an amazing experience here at Let's Make It Richmond Hill location. The owner was so accommodating and knowledgeable.My friend and I made candles and body spray and had so much fun gathering and making something we could both use.Only thing is that I would pay attention to booking via online about the date and time of the appointment. Somehow there was an error but with the owner being so kind it all worked out nicely.

As the Maid of Honour in my brother's wedding, I decided to take my future sister-in-law and her bridesmaids to Let's Make It for part of the bachelorette party. We spent the evening making 2 bath bombs, 2 soaps, lip balm, a body scrub and a lotion. It was incredible value for all of the products we were able to make.I corresponded with Catherine throughout my time planning the bachelorette. She was very helpful in organizing times with me, as well as even giving me more insight into the area because I am not from Richmond Hill. Catherine really knows how to work the workshop! She was very helpful, patient and great at teaching us about essential oils and scents that work well together. She seems very experienced in what she does.We had an awesome experience and I would recommend Let's Make It for a bachelorette party like what we had! I'm sure there are a variety of other occasions (like birthday parties) that would make the opportunity for you to visit as well. Thank you Catherine and staff!
