Being a novice at selecting pavers and interlock, I have been patiently helped by two folks on staff and then helped again by a girl at the cashier. I basically came to get three units at $6 each. Then I was shown around in their supply yard and some guy on a CAT loaded what I needed into the car. Pleasure to do business with these people.

Very difficult to get a hold of. No one picks up the phone. Voicemail box is constantly full. Sent a couple of emails - no response to either after a week and a half. They are only open during the week between 8-4 while I'm working. So I took a day off and drove out there but the wait was so incredibly long - I honestly didn't feel like spending the whole day there. Pretty disappointed. Especially when I saw stones that I like. I've heard and read so many great things about this place and would love to tap into the expertise they claim to have here but I guess my job is too small. If anyone has any ideas as to how to get their attention, I'd love to hear it. Otherise, moving on.
