Went in with a friend. We both bought the same pair of shoes. There was a promo of 40% off. My size 12 had a sticker of $90 while my friend had size 9 and $70 sticker. Cashier honoured his price and when I asked for it she didnt… same product different price.. half the boxes had $70 and half $90. Terrible customer service. Stay away and shop online.

Very good collection compared to other adidas locations. Great customer service as well. Desmond helped me find the perfect pair of shoes I needed and Lindsey was also a great help. I wanted to return my shoes for another pair and she made it really easy for me to do so.

Nasty stupid black lady as check out counter super rude. She don’t know how to talk to people she don’t know what promotion going on in the store and keep arguing with customers.March 18 2023 at 6:45pm she was working. If manager cares about their store and he/she see these comments. Rest all other employees was super helpful and good. No longer visiting this store

Normally don’t post review but this one was much needed. I bought a jacket in store, had the receipt, never been worn. Came back after 3 weeks to return and the manager (Amabel) made a conclusion that it was washed. They didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Spoke with the two store managers, Hisha and Amabel, and they told me I said I washed the jacket (?). I’m a huge adidas fan but the experience at this store is unlike any other adidas I’ve been to. Took it to another adidas store and they returned it without any questions asked. Please don’t waste your time here.

Never have any matching sets, some staff are nice but others come off as poorly trained employees. Need to focus on customer service more.

One of my favorite store, always busy especially when big sales. Staff are friendly. Don’t find your size on the shelves? Make sure you ask the staff as they might have more inventory at the back.
