This company need to learn how to b professional. They going to take interviews on very short notice then they gonna hire you and do orientation for three hrs without any pay then no schedule for one month and if you email or call them no response. If you don’t need employees then y ur wasting their time because it seems like you guys r free or playing orientation uniform uniform orientation. Worst place to work. Thanks to GOD not working with this company. 00000 management

Truly Security Guards do not mean anything to this company.And I highly suggest looking else where for work.In Winnipeg no one is professional inside the office.It is not a good place to work.The Management treat Guards with no respect and will Put your entire existence down to make themselves feel superior over you.

Worst management I’ve ever worked under, Don’t pick calls, don’t reply to important emails. Security guards mean nothing to this company. Don’t even provide gear to the guards.Toronto Management was really good so thank god finally going back. Thank you

Awful employer. Avoid like the plague. Lies and manipulations about what shifts you'll be working, which training is paid and which training is not. Management lost copies of both my driver's license and PAL (two pieces of my government issued photo ID.) Now, I'm simply trying to get reimbursed for cab fare which I was told via email would specifically be fully covered as transportation to and from training. About $110.00 out of pocket. I quit shortly after orientation because of all the red flags.

I was dropped off my resume for applying security guard job and they called me. but, at that time I was on phone .they didn't left voice mail but I called them back and I got told that call was for phone interview "(I hadn't appointment for phone interview)but I didn't got any call still!"

Best Management!!! Everybody need to understand that they are managing the huge team so be responsible for your own shifts. They do their best. All the staff members are super friendly and Monica is so great in managing❤️…always response and work at the best of her.

Management need change in Winnipeg location, very terrible and poor inexperience so call managers. I wouldn’t recommend working for Garda, even for contract work either. They know nothing about security/airport.
