Super friendly and easy to deal with and set up an appointment within a few minutes even with it being the first time calling them. Was on time and the driver (forgot his name) and his helper were super awesome. Just recently bought the house and they gave me a quick lesson on septic systems and the do's and don'ts!!! Felt the price was really reasonable with all had to do from digging up the access lid to replacing a filter and installing a riser and new lid. Thanks again and would definitely recommend this company!

Great family owned business! Best service and prices in the area! I would highly recommend again and again. They don’t do the portable toilet rentals anymore but the Septic Cleaning is the best price around.

I called and ask for a price never got answered on it. Then the lady try to tell me Merrillville is not lake county. Then she asked me my age cuz she thought I was like 20. Like I wish I was still 20. Then told me they couldn't come clean the tank til like 2 week's. Like ok but then turned around and said they would not and hung up on me.

From the phone call to make an appointment for my septic system, the courtesy and help that Bruce septic systems extends is very admirable. Jim and Ray came out for the job, and couldn't of been more professional or helpful. Thank you very much for the great work and professionalism.

Jim is a very good guy they do good work they have really good energy great company highly recommend them and I’m picky Kyle his side kick is cool too lol he done good work as well on a hot morning thanks guys !!!

I can't express enough how great this family owned business is. They are very friendly, caring, and informative about your septic needs. I experienced it first hand. I am not a friend of the family nor do I know these people, but from the first phone call to schedule my service they were very polite and helpful and make you feel like a part of their family. It did not end there. When they came out to service my septic today the friendliness continued. I highly recommend this company.

Longstanding family-owned business, and it shows in all the right ways. From my firsr call to LaVerne, the cheerful and chatty office manager, to the professional yet effortlessly humorous duo (Jim and Bruce, I believe?), I felt as though I was on an episode of This Old House--The parts we don't show on TV.Scheduling was a snap, they arrived on time, they are extremely respectful of your property, work was completed quickly and above and beyond expectations. They even helpfully pointed out what I could service myself or hire them to do later, and the cost/labor analysis therein. Will use for all my future septic needs, except for the bits they taught me how to do myself, as a newbie to septic systems, and you should too.As one of the owners is wont to say...it's a piece of chocolate cake!!
