I needed a professional headshot done for my school application. I couldn't find any professional photographer who was willing to work with me on short notice. My cousin found this studio close by to her house and I'm so glad she did. His pricing is amazing, he only charged me for the pictures I wanted. No studio fee, I even got to try on a different outfit. He was very reassuring and worked with me till I was happy with the result. I saw the before and after of the edits and I was speechless to see how flawless and realistic the picture turned out. I received the picture on same day too with the specifications I requested.

First of all I don’t how other people find this photographer ‘nice and friendly’. I have been there thrice (unwillingly) and every single time my experience with this guy has been horrendous. He is so rude for NO REASON even though I talk to him so politely and with so much patience. His work is below par, he did not even cut my pictures properly and now I have to cut it it myself before submitting them. Also, he will not let you know if your pictures came out bad or re take pictures because he is a very rude person.OVERPRICED AND HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS. SAVE YOUR MONEY

The photographer was very nice, amazing customer service. My picture came out great and he took it perfectly to the dimensions I needed it. He also showed me the picture before he printed and reviewed the requirements with me and what should be done after which I really appreciated. Prices are good also. I recommend it to anyone that needs photos for passports or legal documents.

My father just passed away and my mom took a negative to have a print done of their wedding day. The gentleman couldn’t centre the photo properly and in his frustration, ripped up the attempts to print the photo in front of her and told her to go elsewhere. He was rude and callous and very unkind. I’m appalled at how he treated my mom, especially as she is still grieving the loss of her husband. Shame on you.EDIT: I have gone to the trouble of editing my post after reading your ridiculous reply. I believe the appropriate response from you should have been: “I’m so sorry for your loss. Please allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation.” Sadly, you show your lack of any business acumen when you can’t even pretend to be human. And by the way, you have many bad reviews. Many of them say that you are rude. If it quacks like a duck…..

I visited courtesy photo to get pictures taken for university Alumni event. The gentleman working at the store was extremely professional and efficient. I went there on Sunday and needed pictures for Monday. He took my pictures at 1pm and the final product was delivered to me by 4:30pm. I was very impressed how fast he delivered the final pictures. I was able to email the admin at my university. Best part is their prices are 3rd of the market rate! Very impressed with the work/efficiency and delivery. I will def recommend this place to everyone!

I went to Courtesy Photo to have my passport photographs taken. The customer service was outstanding, the photographer was very patient as I fixed my hair and clothes. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. I will definitely look toward to this studio in future endeavors. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have any sort of photographs.

Photo service is good. But disappointed with the cost. Especially if you are quiet and if you don’t negotiate price upfront, they guy takes advantage

DO NOT COME HERE! Came to take passport photos of my 2 month old and had asked ahead if they offered it and was told yes. I assumed they had experience with infants/small kids - being more patient. The photographer was extremely RUDE and obnoxious with how he directed my baby to be seated. I asked nicely to direct me properly so I can make it easier for him. But his tone was disrespectful. He also did not wear a mask around a newborn. They also charged $30 for 2 photos… I had gone to UPS on Creditview and Britannia and got it for half the price in 5 mins. Please think twice about coming here

Charges for physical copies and for digital copies separately. 30 for 2 physical copies for infant is understandable. but they want 20$ more if we want both i.e., 30 for physical and 20 for digital.
