Newly built apartment building with beautiful modern finishes. Of course the best feature is that Hailed Coffee is 1 minute away :p

I moved in recently and so far so good.The leasing experience was great! The leasing consultants were really friend and walked me through everything, showed me a few floor plans and worked with me to find something great. They were prompt at getting back to me about everything. Shout out to Jason for being amazing and helping me find my new home.The units here are really nice. They're small but spacious by downtown standards and I have everything I need out of a unit. Full sized appliances in a very new building is a rarity downtown so I really appreciate that. The kitchens are modern and well designed with lots of cupboards and good counterspaces. Super well insulated- I haven't heard any noise from the neighbours. I love the rain showers. I also love being able to control the thermostat on my own. The view from my unit is great too with lots of natural light.The building overall is really good. Lots of friendly people who are mostly younger. Lots of cute dogs which is a plus. Although the amentities are closed now due to the pandemic, they look great and I can't wait to try it all out once it's safe. I'm one to notice the little things and the smell in the lobby is one of them- I absolutely love whatever scent/essential oil they're using and so have all my visitors so far. Elevators are also plentiful and fast. Haven't had to wait longer than a minute for one since moving in.Maintenance is also super fast. I filled out a request in the morning and it was responded to by the afternoon.

Working with Alena was excellent. She took the time to discuss all my options regarding available units and floor plans, she asked what I wanted in an apartment and made great suggestions. The leasing process was incredibly smooth, significantly easier and faster than other apartments I have lived in. The building is amazing as well, quiet and very nicely built. I was nicely surprised at the large size of the unit and the quality of the appliances and fixtures. An excellent building with great people working there. My one suggestion would be to provide new residents with a bit more detail about the building upon moving in. I had no idea there was a sky lounge for example, or how to book a BBQ. Thankfully the concierge is always super helpful and friendly!Edit: I had to come back and edit my review. I submitted a work order and I am genuinely impressed with the speed of the response from management. Within minutes they had responded to and resolved my issue. I have never before had such an amazing response time with another rental company. Even on a Friday afternoon!

I've lived in quite a few rental buildings and the Livmore is, by far, the best. Every component of the units feels high quality, the walls (to my surprise) are extremely soundproof, the amenities are clean and beautiful, the staff are friendly and on top of any issue (I've put in work requests for my apartment and had them filled within a few hours), and the location feels safe and incredibly walkable. The rental system to lock in a price was a bit odd, as there was pressure to sign quickly, but I'm glad I did. Nothing but great experiences here so far.

I've seen a lot of negative comments and they seem to be based on personal experiences but I guess people only leave reviews when they have a terrible experience. I've lived at Livmore for over 2 years now and I just wanted to say it's been the best experience. Whether you have an issue with heating or water they are on top of it immediately if you put in a work order. They have an amazing app to manage your rent and parking or requesting any of the amenities available in the building. We also have a great carrier packaging system the app is called ParcelPending. I highly recommend this place. If your are a pet owner this place is an added bonus a wonderful dog park on the 5th floor.

I would highly recommend getting in touch with her and booking yourself an appointment with her to begin your lease here.I wish Lana and the entire Livmore team all the very best for everything they do for their residents.

I'm having a great time living in this building. Everything is brand new and the furnishings are high quality. Rogers internet is high speed. The views are great. The amenities really make the building: I love the sky lounge, and the terrace was a highlight in the summer. I never have to wait long for elevators. I just had my first maintenance request (fixing a window), and the process was easy and efficient. In five months, I've only had one spurious fire alarm, though there has been quite a lot of scheduled fire alarm testing. The leasing process was also good. Recommended.

Sydney was AWESOME in helping us find the perfect apartment! The downtown location is excellent with stunning balcony views. Sydney contacted us immediately to discuss our apartment needs and took the time to answer all of our questions. Thank you Sydney for making this process stress-free :)

The Livmore was the first rented apartment which I moved in after moving to Canada. The unit was brand new with all new appliances. The size of the apartment was really big in comparison with other downtown apartments which I had seen. It also had a walk-in closet and a massive size balcony with amazing downtown and lake view (Sunrise+Sunset) !! Also, the Patio, gym, movie hall were extra add-ons. I will highly recommend staying here!

They are pretending to be a green building but the composting and recycling chute is not working. You can email them but they won't reply. If you have any issues such as internet not working or elevators not working, they will ignore you or pretend you are the problem. Last December I went to their office and the next hour I got an email to never go to the office because I was accused of aggression. ?? That was the first time in my life! I could say so much more. It's a management who's there to punish residents and not helping. Please don't believe the good reviews. Those are people who where asked to put a good reviews so they would get an apartment.
