Very unprofessional service and bad experience. They only take advantage of people’s situations. Price was significantly different than what they said over the phone. They try to charge as much as they can. Will never recommend!!!!The guy (Kapil Kakkar) who came to fix/replace the lock said if you call me directly next time I will charge you depending on my mood. lol…

Call the number as service is done through dispatch. Received programming and cutting of keys today. The technician was friendly and the process took less than 30 minutes. It cost $160 to cut and program the keys ($100 cut + $60 programming code). I would use the service again for this particular situation but I didn’t receive a receipt or the code just in case I need to program another set for my car under the same conditions. I also drove to meet the technician as well. This may or may not have reduced the price/ availability. He did a good job.

This company tried to charge me $375.00 to open my car door when I locked my keys inside today. Caa charges $100.00 for a year's worth of services. I have a 4 month old so I didn't have time to shop around but I felt this company would have reasonable pricing because they told me prices start as low as $29.00. I've locked my keys in my car before and paid $60.00 not Happy with this service at all! The technician seemed like a nice guy but I felt sorry that he had to communicate such crazy fees to customers.
