You will always wait a long time even with an appointment. The wait is on average 1 hour. There is no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. When your pharmacist sends a request for prescription renewal … it takes 2-3 times plus a call from patient to get it done.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this clinic. making it the worst I ever had to deal with. I cannot stress enough to stay away from them!! I saw couple of good reviews, and decided to signup with them as a family doctor for my mom, our first appointment was today at 11 am. We were made to wait for 45 minutes, and when I asked the front desk about the wait, the response I received was along the lines of You should consider yourself lucky to have only waited 45 minutes; that's actually good." !!! NO IT'S NOT GOOD. and what unprofessional & silly thing to say to someone you should be serving. At the end I decided to leave without seeing the doctor. I'm def not leaving my mom's healthcare needs in the hand of these people. and neither should you. ."
