Brad helped me both sell and find my new home in Cochrane. I have worked with a few different realtors locally and I can easily say that Brad was the best.Finding a new house was particularly challenging with it being heavily a sellers market. I started to work with Brad from Burlington thru emails and the odd call. Then when I arrived in Calgary. and after I settled in a bit we started in look for a condo. In the beginning I was not sure what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. After two weeks, we put an offer in on the unit that I selected and was able to purchase it approximately 10% below the listing.
