Don’t they have to keep mall hours? I’ve come twice now and the mall is open but the store is closed. More than annoyed.

Bright, clean and organized Staples at Gerrard Square. I only saw one employee at the cashier during my visit this early afternoon. Unfortunately I could not find what I needed but got nobody to assist at the store.

Great for the occasional printing jobs I need to do. I suggest you bring your media on more than one format, just in case their machines have trouble reading your drive. Previously I would upload to Google Drive and then login at the print terminal, but at some point they have taken that option away - so plan accordingly.

I visited this Staples yesterday evening to purchase a new chair for my office. Even though he was in the middle of something, Ishaan (pretty sure that was him, employee # 75) dropped what he was doing and offered to help without me even having to ask.He was very friendly, polite, and found what I was looking for. He took his time answering my questions about the extended warranty and explained the small business program. He even helped me transport the item to my vehicle.I was extremely satisfied with his service. If I still managed a retail store, I would have tried to steal him from you!

My fiancé went here after the gym to buy a binder and some dividers and as he entered the store, the alarm went off. An older woman stopped him and insisted on searching his gym bag. She asked him some questions and he declined the request from her to have his bag searched. Apparently a man entered ahead of him and when he set the alarm off, he was not asked to have his belongings searched. As a worker in the retail industry, I'm appalled that they even asked to search his bag given the circumstances. Are they even allowed to do this???

Doing a FedEx shipment, had to correct the guy 3 times: name, address and postal code. Only for him to decide to not add the unit number at the end and also don't add any confirmation email (both also given). All for an envelope, next time just say you don't offer this service or don't have any personal

Used the photocopying services for the first time at this location and the staff were very helpful in getting the job done fast.

Purchased a wireless phone charger called Powerology Qi 15W/10W/7.5W Vegan Leather Wireless Charger.Bought this four months ago. The first two months was excellent. I would place my phone on the device and the red light would turn blue showing that charging was occuring. The last two months has been intermittent, needing me to place my phone on the device a few times before it connected for charging. Sometimes I would find that the charging didn't occur.What's worse is that Staples wouldn't cover the one year warranty. Returns are 30 days. Beyond this, if I didn't purchase extended warranty, I would need to contact the manufacturer. Staples gave me the wrong # for the Teqtronix International. I found their number online but no one answers the phone. Their website was flagged as not secure. Staples then gave me their email address. Who knows whether they will reply.The Staples website shows a one year warranty, not Teqtronix. The consumer shouldn't have to chase the manufacturer for something Staples offered to sell. Bottom line.
