Premier Van lines was contracted by Costco as the mover for the kitchen appliances we purchased, so I have no idea what their fees are & I didn’t choose them specifically, but they were AWESOME. They were super flexible with us for delivery; we had to reschedule with them twice, and they were very accommodating. The guys skillfully brought our appliances up a flight of stairs, unboxed and set up. No damage to anything. They were respectful of our space. Wore their masks. They were on time and worked efficiently and professionally while they were here. Would for sure recommend these guys, and would do business with them again in the future.

I wasn’t home when my washer & dryer were delivered; however, my husband was. The team kept him informed with what they were doing. Prior to delivery they called me to confirm delivery and the team was on board to set up our new set & haul the old set away.Great experience. THANK YOU!

They delivered my washer and dryer . When it came time to hook up dryer I needed a connection from old to new . I didn’t know what part I needed and the driver did a search and showed me the part I needed to get . Very helpful young men.When I had an issue with water I called and they sent them back to check but problem was me not understanding the new machine and interval water . Lady on phone was so helpful and sent them back to make sure water was on as I couldn’t reach it. When they came I explained was me and thanked them . Definitely recommend this company.

I am a property manager and as such, when products are being delivered to one of my propertiesI appreciate when the delivery is done on time. These folks not only gave me an approximate time 24 hours in advance, but alerted me 30 minutes out on the day of delivery. The two young men doing the delivery were courteous and professional.

Communications before delivery was clear and consistent and matched the actual delivery experience. Our shipment arrived about 30 minutes before expected. The delivery crew unwrapped it and removed all of the packaging moved it into the precise place that we desired and were courteous and professional at all times.

Their Warehouse kept our personal processions dry and all in one location. Everything was well wrapped & (overwrapped), and handled carefully.
