I found Dr. Carriero very professional and told me what he was doing as he was working..I Needed stitches and the staff were nice and informative. They called me the next morning to check on how I was doing and went over the instructions again which was great as I was a bit out of it after the surgery.I would go back again if need to.

The poor reviews are true... i was charged $25 for a useless consultation then when it came time for the surgery i was shown hardly any manners. However when it was all said and done the surgeon left way too much excess stitching in my mouth and so the ends of the stitches have been jabbing into my cheeks for days. Way to make an uncomfortable recovery unbearable. (Side note: these people are medical professionals, and should recognize cannabis isn’t a street drug anymore. They asked if I used “street drugs” and i was taken aback when the assistant said “like pot?” in a condescending tone.)

I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with 2 if them impacted, and it went very smoothly. The nurse was reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Carrerio performedabove and beyond, giving me very little swelling and pain. His process of knockong me out and freezing me gave me no discomfort during surgery. Hope this helps :) p.s they do hook you ip to some monitors and hook an iv into you but that aint a big deal. Its also to keep you safe haha.

The girls who work here are the MOST IGNORANT poor excuse for women. The way they treat patients is abolsutely disgusting and they should be fired and never allowed to work in this field again. Go sling burgers if you're that unhappy behind the desk.

I experienced kind and attentive staff. I was an emergency add on and was treated with compassion. Biopsy completed, call as follow up next day. No issues.

Just met with this doctor and he was super friendly. His staff was so friendly and the lady who booked my surgery was super kind and pleasant. The doctor could see that I was anxious and he took the time to figure out what option was best for me and my situation. He was also really kind to my 5 year old daughter.

Unprofessional ucompassionate in and out like a McDonalds drive thru. Not even a GOOD MORNING from the guy whose gonna perform surgery. Although like any oral surgery there are risks and i now have Permanent nerve damage.

I don't like dentists due to a bad experience I had several years ago. But Dr.Gervais is awesome!! I had 10 teeth removed in the hospital by Dr.Gervais.He does great work. Everything is healing nicely a week later. He's very easy going, and is great at what he does.The staff at his office were great. Also very clean in there. If you don't like going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr.Gervais.

His receptionists are beyond ignorant. They made me to feel like a second class citizen because I was using my OD SP drug card (even though I was paying an additional $125 out of pocket as well) The Dr, had no personality or bedside manner at all, (although his assistant was quite nice) It has been 10 days and I was wondering why the extraction site was not healing... He left half of the tooth behind!!! So now I have to book another appointment with his less than charming receptionist...take your business elsewhere in my opinion.
