Brock White was really good today. Cause usually we wait and sometimes there's something wrong and have to wait until the mistake is fixed

I come here often for deliveries and pickups.For truck drivers This place and their staff in the warehouse are one of the best in Edmonton.

Well that was odd. Stood around for 25 minutes for help and no one took the time yet at least 5 people working. Not a big deal; will shop at a competitor.

Every call I’ve made in the last 6 months hasn’t been answered by the sales rep, and voicemails are never returned. Had to call three times today just to get the retail price on an item, got disconnected halfway through, and they didn’t bother to call back. I try to avoid them whenever possible strictly because of their service standards.

Trash place takes hours then u get broken product and get told togo to yard just to be told to go back to the office to be told to go back to the yard like what a great place soo unorganized idk how there still in business

My experience with Brock White has been nothing short of phenomenal! We are in the midst of a rebuild and planning the exterior finishes was stressing me out until I went and sat down with Rachel, she walked me through step by step and we have come up with something truly beautiful, that gives the exact homey feel I was hoping for.

We have a concrete construction company based out of northern B.C. and we go to Brock White out of Edmonton for all of our needs solely for the amazing customer service we get from Bob. He has a ton of knowledge about any accessories and products we need, and gets me product delivered 5 times faster than any of the competitors. He goes above and beyond to help me out when I am in a bind and I need out of stock product yesterday. Bob is a rockstar at his job and has eliminated a ton of stress from my life, he will always be my first choice as a supplier.

Very minimal availability of stock, we called ahead of time so we didn't have to drive a half hour for nothing and we were assured they carried what we were looking for. After the long drive we were told they actually didn't carry what we needed and everyone denied talking to us previously. Only one location, hard to mess up. The man who was helping us was curious and kind, and knowledgeable. So at least there is that.

During our reno, we wanted to add thin brick around our showers, tubs, and as a few statement walls. Brock White not only had the best selection for color matching to complement our floors and cupboards, they were very helpful with selection and ordering. In fact, they went over and above to help us when we needed more brick for a few extra walls (extended around tub further and blocked in former laundry room). We've loved the product, the look and have gotten so many compliments.Fast forward 2.5 years, and we wanted to add brick downstairs for a feature wall and against our bar. The sales team was so helpful in bringing in product for us. When we wanted to add even more product on our downstairs wall and do a feature in our laundry room, they sourced further product for us. Unfortunately, this lot didn't match the other lots (and we had pieced together many during the years by continually adding brick to our house). When I contacted our sales professional, she was very responsive, understanding, constantly kept in touch with me and worked with the team at Brock White to make it right. We found out that our brick was discontinued, but they still managed to find just enough of what we needed to finalize our downstairs project. We are so impressed, and recognize how lucky this is! Having been through a major reno, we've worked with good companies (and some not so good), but Brock White went above and beyond in customer service! We highly recommend them for building and reno projects.

Great place to buy product and choose interior or exterior finishings.They also have tools, accessories, consumables to complete the job.I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know there to look and choose material.Only recommendation I have is some more office staff and a little more application knowledge.We waited almost 10 minutes to be served, it was really busy, but more desk staff would have been better.And when we were helped the gentleman didnt have a ton of product knowledge. But was friendly and kind and was willing to help any way he can.Great showroom and lots of brochures available as well
