This new BK location is slightly closer to me than the Mississauga Road BK. This is a new location, and they are not as good as my old BK (but that BK also disappoints me in several ways, so I'm hoping this new BK can improve and become my preferred BK).1st visit - 23April23: Ordered a 2 Whopper 2 Jr Whopper family meal at this location for lunch at this location. The Whoppers - the meat was too dry, not tender enough, also there was not enough flavour to the meat. The fountain drinks were better here (no cleaning fluid after-taste compared to the other BK). The fries/onion rings were the same. However, no napkins were provided in my takeout order. Please improve on these points.Also, after eating this, I felt lethargic for around 5 hours until I ate dinner. I think it's due to the oil in the fried foods. Please change the oil more often.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to Agatha! Despite a busy store, she took the time to help me with a charging issue for my computer. Agatha reset the plug for me and even circled back to make sure everything was working properly. Her exceptional service deserves a 10/10 rating!

Quick and friendly drive-thru service. Costs of menu items have gone up. It is the only reason the review did not receive a 5 star rating. Nonetheless, it was a very nice new location; hopefully, one can be built in Milton, Georgetown, or in Acton.

You would think this location is fairly new and they would have good fresh food .I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo , my coffee is so cold , and the hash browns and sandwich taste like they are from 5 am, cold and hard . What a way to start off someone’s morning for almost 7$

Burgers were tasty. The milkshakes ate even better. I like harveys onion rings more, but they were still crispy and delicious here. Not overly priced, and it was definitely a clean environment to eat in and enjoy the atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Oh my! The food and deals here are incredible. The king meal deal and the king deals in general are great value. The staff is super kind and even delivered our food to the table. They really care about their customer service and I truely love that. Strongly recommend this location!

Poor service. Tried using the drive through twice in the last month and both times the experience was awful. Today, despite being the only customer in drive through and with 4 staff working at night, had to wait 20 mins to get my order which only happened after we checked inside the store in person for an update on the order. Also only received half the order first and had to go back to get it corrected.Food quality was great but service will make me think twice before visiting.

Went to this location twice. First time, the week they opened. I got to the drive through at 11:48pm and they ignored me even though they close at 12am. I decided to give it another try over the weekend and for a Sunday afternoon...there was only 2 people working, drive thru was full. Not a single person inside except for me and I was not greeted. Completely ignored for more than 10 minutes. I went to my vehicle and came back and still no one greeted or asked what I wanted to order. Other people walked in and were shocked at the customer service as well...not to mention both the garbage bins were over flowing and needed to be changed. This location is lacking, disgusting, needs better management and better staff. I will never go back there. I'd rather go to the one on mississauga rd as it has better service and staff that actually care to say hello and take your order. Extremely understaffed, poorly trained and very very poor customer service.
