We originally had Bell at our place and ended up switching to Communicate Freely! It was like night and day! Fast speeds, almost zero downtime and the friendliest staff. Always accommodating and when the service had small outages they were for very short periods and I think I only remember 1 during the time I had it. We have moved and now have Rogers, definitely not as fast and if given the opportunity to ever have Communicate Freely again we would jump at the chance!! Highly highly recommend, they offer a great service with wonderful people supporting it!

This company is beyond unethical!They start by sending out a flyer saying they will be installing fiber optic cable in the area which is fine. What is not fine is that it says if you do not respond to the flyer that means you give them permission to run lines on your property and attach a box to your house.Not responding to a flyer does not give them consent for them to come on your property let alone install cables and drill a box to your house. When they proceed without your consent it’s TRESPASSING!The company will say we gave you notice which is true. They even came to our door after the flyer was sent out and we strongly declined the service as the ridiculous flyer and over priced service made that decision very easy. Giving notice does not change the fact that consent was not given.After declining the over priced internet they continued to install cable, continued to trespass!If you are experiencing the same invasion of your property please contact your local police service as this practice is against the law.My main reason for writing this review is that this has caused distress to many of my elderly neighbours who did not give consent for this service to be installed on their property(I’m not talking about the city owned blvd)To the owner, judging by your responses to the reviews that criticize your company, I look forward to your child like, unprofessional response to my review.

I have had a 4 foot deep hole in my front yard going on 2 years now. They cut my phone line twice, 2nd time I just cancelled my home phone. My driveway is now eroding into the hile. The crews ae o .y road weekly but nothing is getting done, the guys sit in their trucks and play on their phones. Maybe legal action needs to start.

BEWARE!!!Communicate FreelyTook a deposit for internet installation which was never installed and refused to refund the deposit paid.Poor communication!Taking advantage of my over 80 YO parents is not acceptable!Their response is typical of a poor business ... instead of offering to fix the issue they simply dismiss the claim, keep the money and two years later have still not been able to install internet to my over 80 yo parents. They are not a fair business and should never be trusted for internet service! Use @bell or @explorenet @rogers not them!Still no resolution to this issue. No refund! No Internet!#scammers

Amazing job guys, this morning. I had my internet fiber cut by landscape company before 10am, I call communicate freely and report what happen, they come around 1pm and working on the repairs, so I can have service againGreat customer service Communicate Freely ... I gave two big thumbs up.

The internet itself is not too bad. Decent speed and fairly reliable. Unfortunately the customer service isn't available for down times, they work bankers hours and messages are not returned until way later if at all. I understand you can't have a 24 hour call center for a small business but it isn't the best when the service is down on a weekend. Nice friendly and helpful when you do get hold of them. Overall would recommend.

No you wouldn't have me as a customer.... (thank god!)I'd like to say this review would have never happened should this company not have called me a liar on the Port Perry Facebook page.Despite what they say, I have not been compensated by anyone and have records to prove so. I am also expecting a childish response from this company in regards to this 1 star rating.2 days after my Grandmother passed away and 3 days after Christmas I came home to a flooded basement. Not just a squishy carpet... water up just under the mid point of my calf. My cat's litter box was literally floating away as well as priceless family mementoes that just can't be replaced. Investigated where this water (clearly ground water, clean) could be coming from. Turns out this company's contractor (which they don't supervise at all) backfilled my basement drainage pipe (not sump pump like they would like you to believe) that lead to the ditch (as most of these old homes in the area do). I did call to see if there was anything they could do. I didn't even ask for cash, I asked for a free connection and maybe free service for 6mths. Nope. They weren't having it. The way they have treated me after this happened (as if it was my fault lol), playing the blame game, taking no accountability, saying I have been compensated" is 100% LUDICROUS!!!! I am in the Customer Service industry and you guys should be ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with the level of service you offer. How anyone on Earth decides to deal with you I will never understand. You know

your internet is honestly a joke, I had faster internet in 1998 and it was dial up, but at least with dial up you expect it to be slow. dropped connections almost any time you try to send something or log in ending up in wait times for load screen being around 10 minutes while I reconnect and get the internet flowing again, just to have it go down again a minute later. have the exclamation Mark on my wifi right now, let's see if I can post this.
