Further to my post. No you did not offer to redo the canvas and no you didn’t apologize. You didn’t even offer to change the price until I inquired and then said that you could refund me for the difference but it is only about 3.00, and then I said don’t worry about it. I would strongly suggest that any changes to a customer order be communicated with the customer. This only takes a few minutes and bit of effort and if you don’t believe that is worth your effort, then opt for a higher quality rather than a lesser quality.

This place is fantastic! The service and product is of high quality. I highly recommend this service. They can even set up a sort of drop shipping for you if you want to skip the shipping part to get your prints directly to your clients. They even hook you up with your own spreadsheet online for these orders. Very impressed.

I had never printed a photograph on a canvas so I shopped around a lot to find someone local that could deliver great quality results at affordable prices. I am SO impressed with how great the canvas from Calgary Canvas Printing turned out. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the canvas is huge (72 by 24"). The image is crystal clear and the quality speaks for itself. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to all of my friends!"
